About this property

Lake Access! 5 minutes to the dunes!

This cute 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located in a private association with access to Silver Lake at 2 locations. Located right around the corner from Mac Wood's Dune Rides, between town and Little Sable Lighthouse and only 3.5 miles from the dunes entrance.

This house accommodates 8 adults/children. Inside you will find a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, stove/oven, dishwasher, pots/pans, cups, washing machine and dryer.

Each of the 2 bedrooms include 1 queen bed. If you don't bring your own bedding, sanitized bedding can be found in each bedroom. 2 twin sleeper sofas and a queen sleeper sofa offer additional places for friends and family to sleep. 2 full bathrooms are stocked with linens for 8 guests.

1 roll of paper towel and toilet paper are supplied to get you started!

WIFI available. No live t.v., however we have included a smart t.v., so don't forget your Netflix or Hulu login info.

Firepit and charcoal grill available for use on large lot. Parking accommodations for 2 truck/ trailer combos plus 1 more vehicle. Camp chairs and charcoal are not included.

Garage/basement are inaccessible to guests.

Check in/out times are strict.

Prior to check in, you will receive a welcome email, which will include the entry code to unlock the front door and begin your vacation!

No pets allowed. Outside lighting and a security camera, located above garage door, included for safety.

Great Place

We stayed her so my family could spend some time with a relative in the area who was in hospice. It was perfect for senior citizens who needed a flat space with little to no stairs. Very clean and great accommodations.

This was our second year staying here, the house location is perfect, close to the lighthouse and the state park. The house was clean and comfortable, we stayed during a heat wave and it got pretty hot in there so that would be the only downside, no air conditioning,…. There’s plenty of room for parking also.

LOVED OUR STAY!

My family and I are regulars to the area every summer, very close to the dunes and other attractions. Very easy and efficient communication with the host, we had 3 adults and 1 child, however there was plenty of room for 4 more. We would absolutely recommend this home!

No-frills, all essentials comfortable stay

There were four of us staying at the house. We used both bedrooms and both pull out sleepers. The beds were very comfortable. There were enough towels and bedding provided for everyone. The house is quite spacious. We never fully mastered which light switches worked which lights... not a big deal but slightly confusing. We had an issue with the WiFi connection the first night but it was taken care of the next morning! There is no A/C but the fans provided with windows open really kept the house comfortable (the high outside temp through the week was 73).
