Great Stay
We stayed a night here for a wedding in VA. Host was very accommodating, especially with check-in. Plenty of space, with all accommodations needed, and very charming. Especially the porch pooch who welcomed us in! Thanks!

Perfect Family Spot
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Laurel Springs. The house was just perfect. Fully stocked, clean, decorated nicely and just felt like home. The backyard was perfect for the kids and we loved grilling and making s’mores out there. The pond was great for fishing and the location was so convenient. Delilah, the farm dog, greeted us daily and spent time with us as if she were our own. We fell in love with her! I highly recommend this property and is great for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Thanks for a great family vacation!

About the host

Hi! My name is Courtney Umbarger. I am a mother of four, farm with my husband on 1100 acres and own a store front in Downtown Marion where I sell our beef and other local goods. I’m 34 and am eager to offer an experience for you and your family/friends away from home.

Why they chose this property

A charming 1940’s home on our farm, with 2100 square feet of cottage, much larger than the pictures show. I do all of the cleaning and make sure the home is pristine, left with a little basket of goodies.

What makes this property unique

Spring water from our farm, and a glorious location only miles from Hungry Mother State Park and a short drive from so much in Southwest Virginia, such as Abingdon, Grayson Highlands and more.
