RIMFIRE 149-150 1 BEDROOM; 1 BATH UNIT WITH AN ADJOINING STUDIO. - BEDDING: QUEEN, QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER, MURPHY BED, QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER - This unique unit has 1 bedroom 1 bath unit with gas fireplace and smart TV in the living room, a balcony with mountain views, a full kitchen with stove, dishwasher and microwave. The adjoining junior studio has a Murphy bed and queen sleeper sofa. It also has a gas fireplace and smart TV. It comes complete with a full bath. MOUNTAIN VIEW

LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL, CROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Outdoor Hot Tubs; Elevators; Fitness Room; On-Call Resort Shuttle; Fireplace; Coin Operated Laundry Facility available in the complex, Bike Friendly Lodging.

~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.

~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
