LEATHERBARK 308B - 3 BEDROOM, 1 BATH - (sleeps 11) BEDDING: Cozy 2 Bedroom Condo BR #1 Full, BR #2 Pyramid (bunk), BR #3 Loft with 2 full beds. Located on the basin side of the mountain.

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Dialing, Free Resort Shuttle Service, Electric Fireplace, Washer/Dryer, Full Kitchen, TV in each room. NO AIR CONDITIONING

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking

Holiday 2023 Family Ski Trip

Took wife, two daughters and one of their friends for a week between Christmas and New Year's. Property was in a great location, just a ten minute walk to the village. Two beds in the loft were great and comfortable. Second bedroom does not have a door, so sound travels there and to the loft. Lots of couches and chairs to lounge on and having the fireplace was a great feature. Kitchen is tight and small, and the placement of the washer/dryer and fridge made half of the counter space almost impossible to access and use for anything other than some storage. Overall an excellent rental and satisfied our needs for this trip. Love making memories.

The property layout was as described, but the location is not ski-in/out. You have to take the shuttle bus to the lift. Kitchen is small and cooking utensils are minimal (for example, missing a flat spatula for the frying pan).

Quiet Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Not so good experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit needs major updating, from the practical standpoint as well as aesthetical. The kitchen isn't well equipped, the unit feels very dated and cold. No carpets or rugs anywhere and furniture isn't appointed nicely. The unit wasn't clean well.
