Stone house of the eighteenth century, on the hillside, offering access to a pretty wooden terrace for your evenings, all overlooking a garden of 800m2, enclosed by walls, planted with trees where deckchairs await you for a siesta.

This recently renovated 110m2 house can accommodate 4 people (up to 6).
As soon as you enter, a warm living room will welcome you with its sofa (convertible) facing its decorative fireplace and its exposed stone wall. Not to mention the TV and its box, for enthusiasts.
This room also offers a dining area with a table that can accommodate 6 guests, with a view of the garden. And a small office area.. for workers and of course its Wifi connection (fibers).
The kitchen is independent and offers modern and brand new furniture. Perfectly equipped: oven, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, fridge combined with a freezer, microwave, Delonghi bean coffee machine, blender, plenty of storage.
You will also find on the first floor a bathroom equipped with a washing machine and dryer, towel radiator. And finally a separate toilet.
Upstairs you will arrive on a landing which leads to 2 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed (queen size) and dresser, and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90/200) and storage, which you can group together to make one (180/200).
Mobile air conditioning is at your disposal for hot summer nights.
You will find all shops nearby for your daily life.
The garden can easily accommodate your vehicle, and parking is also available in front of the house. Traveller access
You have access to the entire accommodation.
All household linen is provided (bed linen, duvet, bath towels, dish towels,...), as well as shower gel.
In the kitchen, you will find at your disposal, condiments, a welcome kit (1 dishwasher dose, 1 washing machine dose, a bottle of dishwashing liquid, a bottle of liquid soap, 1 sponge, a bucket, a mop and a bottle of floor cleaner).

Cleaning is included in the rental price, please just respect the premises of the house.
Late departure and early arrival are possible on request and at an additional cost, in order to organize the intervention of the cleaning lady.
Any late departure or early arrival not validated in advance will be charged 50€ for the compensation of the latter.
Arrival:
Autonomous arrival, even if I have a large preference for a face-to-face reception, you will remain autonomous in case of unavailability or late arrival: you will then be able to enter the premises with a secure key box, at the agreed times.
