Magnificent old Istrian house in the middle of the beautiful old town of Vrsar (Istria), only 100 metres from the marina. The old Istrian house has recently been completely renovated to the latest and highest standards and offers you a luxurious, comfortable holiday. The tasteful house has satellite TV, DVD player, air conditioning, underfloor heating, washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy bathroom with bidet and shower. The fantastic roof terrace (south-west) offers an incomparable panoramic view over the sea, the islands, the marina and the green landscape. A table with four chairs is available for you to enjoy coffee, cake and wine. The apartment is equipped with bed linen, towels, crockery, etc., for eight people. Bookings are made from Saturday to Saturday, please contact us personally for any exceptions.

The house is located in the old town, which is why there is no private car park.
Therefore, we offer our guests a free card which gives access to all public car parks in Vrsar.
The cost of parking within Vrsar is therefore covered by us.

Excursion possibilities : The beautiful Limskij canal can be reached in about 15 minutes by car, the historic amphitheatre in Pula, where Pavarotti and many other famous world stars have given concerts, can be reached within about 30 minutes by car, a ferry (2 1/2 hours drive) from Porec harbour takes you daily to Venice and back the same day in the evening.
Location description : Vrsar (Italian: Orsera) is a charming town in Istria, Croatia. It lies at the entrance to the Limfjord, between Porec and Rovinj. Vrsar has retained the character of a Mediterranean fishing village. Starting from the harbour, the buildings rise in terraces up a slope and end in a church with a separate bell tower. The village was the summer residence of the bishops of Porec and it is said that Casanova was also a guest here. Today the place is known as "Little Monaco". Off the coast of Vrsar is a group of 18 small, uninhabited islands densely covered with Mediterranean plants.
