About this property

Treat yourself to a break of calm and well-being in the heart of Alsace on the wine route.

Our accommodation welcomes you in a warm, natural and friendly atmosphere with a breathtaking view of the vineyard and the surrounding countryside.

The house is arranged on half levels with:
- On the ground floor: a large entrance, laundry room and toilet
- On the garden level: a large kitchen with central island open to the dining room and the living room. This beautiful living space opens onto a 50m2 terrace with a breathtaking view of the vineyard.
- On the 1st half level: a master bedroom with 180x200 bed, with dressing area and private bathroom. It is possible to install 2 additional beds (90x200) in the dressing area. A 2nd double bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub.
- On the 2nd half level: a 3rd double bedroom with a 160x200 bed.
You will have all the necessary comfort for a relaxing stay, whether you are travelling as a couple, with family or friends.PGJyPg
The house is located in Itterswiller, 35 minutes from Strasbourg and Colmar by car, 20 minutes from Obernai, 20 minutes from the foot of the Haut Koenigsbourg, the Eagle Aviary and the Monkey Mountain.

It is a very small Alsatian village certified 4 flowers, ideal for a walk in an enchanting setting. It is an ideal starting point for many hikes and bike rides.
The village has 3 quality restaurants and many cellars for tasting Alsace wines, including our family estate.

There are no shops in the village, but bakery, butcher, pharmacy and small supermarket are located 5min away in the surrounding villages.

You have access to the entire house except for the garage and the cellar.
We do not stay on site but are close by in case of problems.

Other remarks:
This is a new house. The construction was completed in May 2025. The landscaped garden has been freshly planted.

The house is on half levels, and therefore has many stairs (not suitable for young children, and the elderly).

Un véritable coup de coeur pour cet hébergement.Nous étions 8 avec 4 enfants.La pièce de vivre est vraiment spacieuse, lumineuse.La vue est incroyable Les chambres et la literie sont top.Énorme merci à a Mélanie qui nous a réservé des petites attentions pour notre arrivée.Nous recommandons cette adresse à tout le monde.
