Landmarked historic 1875 year old Victorian Italianate with gorgeous period detail, 13 feet high ceilings, oversized windows throughout.

The home is expansive. Recent renovation including high-end fixtures and furnishings.

BEDROOMS
4 spacious & light-filled bedrooms will make you feel right at home. The beds are uber comfortable with tons of luxury pillows and sheets/comforter for a good night sleep. The living room also has a high quality full air mattress for the 6th bed.

ENTERTAINMENT
The home includes everything you need for a wonderful stay including high-speed internet, 4K HDTV, Netflix, board games, Nintendo Wii, Original Nintendo with games, DVD with tons of movies, Marshall speakers to play your favorite tunes.

KITCHEN and DECK
Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, bakeware, plates, glassware, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and more.

Coffee, tea, oatmeal, creamer provided. Kitchen opens to a large deck with outdoor dining furniture.

BATHROOMS
Fully stocked. Amenities included hand soap, shampoo, body wash, luxury towels, toiletries, hair dryer, flatiron, and more.

LAUNDRY
In unit washer and dryer with laundry detergent, iron/ironing board/steamer included.

BACKYARD
Large backyard with lush garden, pergola, outdoor furniture, and fire pit. Also have a bbq grill.

SPECIAL GROUPS

FAMILIES WITH SMALL CHILDREN
We can provide high chair, sleeping play pen, and more. Just request what you need, and we can make it happen.

Great space for business travelers, including 2 dedicated workspaces, high-speed internet, printer/scanner (per request).

PET FRIENDLY
$100 per stay for 1 pet, $50 for each additional pet. Pet bowl included. There is an expansive fenced-in backyard for your dogs to explore. There is a dog park 7 min walk from the house - South Prescott Dog Park.

Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful place to stay!! The decor is stunning, everything was comfortable, and the property was very clean! It is an easy 10 minute walk to a BART stop and only one stop from San Francisco. If you are looking for a place to stay right outside SF, this is the place!!

Little Piece of Oakland

Loved the place! Great location with ease of accessibility to San Fran and other points! Proximity to BART is a major benefit. Would recommend more shelving units in closets and extra toilet paper. Highly recommend this place if staying with 5 or more people in the Bay Area. Claudia is a fantastic host.
