Just walking distance to two world-class beaches, this lovely two-bedroom home is close to everything Southshore has to offer, perfect for your next sunny getaway in Koloa! Step inside to find a bright and welcoming home filled with lots of comfortable furniture, cool tile floors, and attractive wall art and decor. You'll love stretching out on the lavish sofa after a long tropical hike, especially when you can catch a good ballgame or show on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Head into the full kitchen to prepare a delicious meal for your dinner guests - the stainless steel appliances and ample counter space will make short work of tonight's masterpiece! While the little one pitches food from the high chair, you can serve everyone up at the dining table with seating for six. When it's time to head out to the beach, you'll have boogie boards and beach towels to take along, and afterward, you can easily spritz away the sand with the outdoor shower.

This was a great place just a half a block from the beaches. We would definitely stay here again! It was clean and organized with very cheerful decor. It was a bit pricey, but perhaps that’s because we booked late.Probably one of our favorite places of the trip.

Great location Literally 1 min walk to Poipu beach. Well equipped with beach chairs.umbrellas body boards. Quiet area .this part of Kauai is a must visit beautiful beach’s with turtles resting on the sand.

Wonderful stay! Perfect place for a small family.

We had a great experience. The condo was a great place for our family of four. It is SO close to the beach. You avoid all the hectic parking that everyone else had to deal with. The AC in the bedrooms is wonderful. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need. We'd recommend this to anyone.

We loved being close to the beach. There are also some restaurants that are within walking distance. We happened to be there during a heavy rainstorm that flooded the road. We could not drive anywhere for 24 hours due to the flood but we were able to walk to where we wanted to go. Overall it was a great stay!

Great location for dated unit that is hot everywhere but bedrooms.

Awesome location! Well stocked kitchen. Unit is dated. Main issue is no ac in great room and unit is very hot even on a cool Kauai day. The ac works well in bedrooms.

Great proximity to Poipu Beach, but needs maintenance/upkeep

The pros: excellent location and only one block away from Poipu Beach. Great to have A/C units in bedrooms. Check in and out process was seamless. The cons: the unit is not well maintained and there was a water line break in the kitchen during our stay. Vrbo/Vacasa was excellent in moving us to another unit the same day, but the bathroom sink and shower need to be fixed/maintained.

Love this location so much! Walk to Poipu Beach AND Brenneckes in a couple minutes. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals (it even had a Instant Pot!).
