This is an ideal location. Ten minutes to downtown. Highly sought after Zilker neighborhood location. Great shops and restaurants right down the hill on Lamar Blvd. Easy access to South Congress, 1st St, and other restaurant and nightlife hotspots.

Great open floorplan downstairs. Open kitchen / dining / living area plus master bedroom plus additional bedroom on first floor. Large open second living area / office with large recliner sectional sofa on second floor, plus two large bedrooms.

Corner lot. Watch the sun set over the trees from the patio. Fully fenced side and backyards. We do not guarantee that the fence is dog proof.

Terrific location. Great schools. The best of Austin restaurants and nightlife on South Lamar, Congress, etc. Very close to downtown, Barton Springs, the greenbelt.

Uber or Lyft to nearly any central Austin location (downtown, Barton Springs, Town Lake, 6th St) is under $10 and easy to get. Walk to countless restaurants and shops, 24 Hour Rite Aid, etc. on South Lamar.

Access to storage sheds is for owner use only. There is a driveway but Owner may have their RV parked in it so we do not include offstreet parking as a guarantee. Street parking is VERY easy and unlimited here. The street parking spaces are actually closer to the front and side doors than a driveway would be.

Why they chose this property

Fantastic location, great neighborhood. Quiet block but so close to all the restaurants, shops, etc, and very easy five to ten minutes to heart of downtown. Beautiful walkable area, super access to the greenbelt, Zilker Park, etc. Wonderful flexible floorplan with two separate living areas (ideal for home office). Great outdoor space (sunsets on the patio are terrific).
