This Pet Friendly, 3 bedroom 4-bath 2-story home, is located on popular West Beach Boulevard. It has a fully equipped kitchen including custom cabinets, granite countertops, a Coffee Bar complete with Keurig coffee maker and all the needed appliances and cookware.
Grab your beach chair and head to the warm sand, beach access is just a 3-5 minute walk. You can enjoy lounging in the sun by the lagoon or head under the bridge to ride the waves on the Gulf of Mexico!

BEACH ACCESS
Beach access is a short walk across the street from the community at the lagoon pass park or the 13th street public beach access. A nature trail and walkway along the little lagoon lake is available from the rear of the community.
BEDROOMS (all upstairs)
The home features three spacious bedrooms, allowing up to 10 guests to spread out and sleep comfortably. Each bedroom has it's own attached bathroom.
The primary bedroom features a comfy queen bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom is equipped with one twin bunk bed, a full bunk bed, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom.
The third bedroom has a cozy queen-size bed, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom.
BATHROOMS (1 main level, 3 upstairs)
Thanks to 4 full bathrooms, you’ll never have to worry about waiting your turn.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home except for an owners closet which is located in a separate closet in the main level bathroom, please do not tamper with this door.
Other things to note
HOA requires guests to be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Number of Guests
MAXIMUM 10 guests or 6 adults. Please only sleep kids on the top of the bunkbeds. Anyone over the age of 3 should be accounted for on your reservation.

Check in is anytime after 4pm
Check out is 10am, any check out after 10am will be charged for an additional day.
ENTRY:
You will receive a code for the lock box 1 day before check-in to access the door key.

PRIVATE PARKING:
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway underneath the home. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

BEDROOMS:
This two-level home sleeps up to 10 guests, all bedrooms are on the second level. Each bedroom features a smart TV, closet, ceiling fan and it’s own attached en-suite bathroom. First bedroom is a bunk room with full over full bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Third bedroom has a queen size bed and Pack n' Play in the closet, please bring your own bedding for the Pack n' Play.
KITCHEN:
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops and all the needed appliances and cookware. Coffee bar complete with Keurig coffee maker to make you feel right at home! There is seating for 6 at a family table with 4 additional seats at the kitchen bar.
Please be sure to bring your own bottled water, refrigerator does not dispense water or ice.
PETS:
2 well behaved dogs maximum, please do not leave them alone in the house, please clean up after them.
LAUNDRY:
Full size complimentary washer and dryer. An ironing board and iron are also provided.
AMENITIES:
As common for vacation rentals in our area, our cleaners will provide a starter set of incidentals. This includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. These amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please be prepared to purchase additional items to get you through your stay.
We provide towels for bathing and bedding but please bring your own beach towels.
OUTDOOR:
Relax on the covered deck, furnished with seating for four.
An outdoor shower for rinsing off after fun-filled beach days.
COMMUNITY POOL:
We are 50 steps from the Year-Around Outdoor Resort Community Pool. You do not need a code or keys to access the pool area, hours are from 8am-10pm. The Pool Pavilion consists of a restroom, pool, tables, umbrellas, chairs, and loungers. Children under the age of 13 require adult supervision while in the pool area.
TRASH:
Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
There are 2 trash bins in front one for trash and one for recycling. Trash pick up days are Monday and Thursday, no need to do anything we have a service to take and replace the trash cans.
SECURITY:
Ring Floodlight Security Camera at the front entrance and in carport. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH the cameras. We will levy fees to those who adjust or cover these cameras.
THERE ARE NO Indoor Cameras.
REFUNDS:
We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance.

This is not a spring break property, absolutely no parties! The minimum age to book is 25 years old. If you book under false pretenses, you will be asked to leave without refund.
If you bring more than the maximum occupancy of 10, you will be asked to leave without refund.
MONTHLY RENTALS: Available from November through February.
