The 27 square meter holiday room has a double bed (also individually adjustable) and a single bed, a large corner couch with TV and is located on the ground floor. The bathroom and kitchen are for community use. Bed linen and towels are to be brought along. Breakfast is possible on request! The modernized Villa with 5 rooms in total, including two singles, a two-bed room and a three bed room. A large community kitchen, two bathrooms, each with toilet, sink and shower. All rooms are equipped with TV. A lounge in the hall area, also with TV is available for use. Due to the good location of the house, there are good transport connections to the B111 and a direct connection to the bike trails of the island of Usedom. The nearest beach is about 5 km away, the UBB train is a 15 minute walk.
