The apartment has a living room, with a cozy sitting area, a separate kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower. The south-facing balcony invites you to relax and unwind. The apartment has internet access via W-LAN.  A parking lot is located in front of the house and is already included in the rental price. A linen package, consisting of bed linen and towels, can be rented for € 15.00 per person.

The residence Roland (33 apartments spread over two houses) is located on a quiet side street on Glienberg in the immediate vicinity of the forest. The center of Zinnowitz with shops, restaurants and cafes is within walking distance. To the fine sandy beach and Baltic Sea is about 800m (10 minutes), the pier of the seaside resort in about 15 minutes to reach. Sauna, relaxation room and small swimming pool on the ground floor of house 1 can be shared free of charge. Bicycle storage, table tennis room and laundromat are located on the ground floor of the house.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
