The Serenity farmhouse is nestled in a small village 1h15 from Paris (Porte de Saint-Cloud) and less than 20 minutes from Chartres. This atypical place, the oldest part of which dates back to 1791, will seduce you with its pretty living rooms and its large enclosed garden.

The farmhouse can accommodate 6 people with its 3 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor.
The large, very bright kitchen allows you to prepare and share meals for gourmet moments: gas piano, oven, microwave, dishwasher, high chair... everything is there to take the time to cook with the family.
The living room is the coziest room in the house: let yourself be tempted by a good book (yours or your choice among those left in the library...) or a film to watch with the family (fireplace, non-functional décor).
The Family Room is the most emblematic place where you can gather and share good times together. The view from the windows gives the impression that the garden extends into this room! As soon as the weather permits, the opening onto the terrace allows you to take advantage of the outdoor facilities to have lunch or dinner outside.
Children also have their own space with the Kid Room and its magic net: a cosy little corner specifically designed for them... Toys and books for the 1st age available.

On the ground floor, a double bedroom with its shower room completes the living rooms.
Upstairs, a large suite for 2 people with bathroom and separate toilet (it is possible to add a travel cot). Then two small communicating rooms under the roof, each with a single bed. The beds are made on your arrival, towels are provided.

The exteriors complete the charm of the house and will not leave you indifferent.
Take advantage of the terrace equipped with full equipment to take meals or chill as soon as the weather allows (garden table and chairs, deckchairs). A little further on, a brazier area to gather around a comforting fire at nightfall. And a little further on, outdoor games for children (swing, trampoline...) in the landscaped garden, which is full of hazelnut trees and other shrubs or plants of all kinds.
The garden is fully enclosed.

Leisure facilities: wifi, DVD player and films, flat screen, connected speaker, 1st age toys, children's teepee (to be used exclusively in the Family Room), stocked bookcase, indoor net for exclusive use of children.

Practical indoor equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, nespresso, filter coffee maker, kettle, supermarket (coffee, filter, capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc.), iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, broom, household products, shower products, hair dryer, wardrobe with hangers and/or storage in the bedrooms.
Connected electric radiators.
Connected alarm.
Electric skylights/blinds with remote control.
Beds are made for your arrival, towels are provided.

Children's equipment: high chair, travel cot (mattress on request).

Outdoor equipment: garden table & 8 chairs, bistro table & 2 chairs, barbecue/brazier, trampoline, children's games.


It is forbidden to smoke or vape in the house. A space with ashtray is available outside, please respect everyone's health and freedom.
Pets are allowed under conditions: do not climb on the sofas and in the beds, do not damage the garden... Contact us for more details.

Easy parking: a parking space within the house, possibility to park on the street and parking ~30 metres away.

Arrival from 5 pm, exit before 11 am.
Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request for an additional fee.
As far as possible, entries and exits are by appointment in order to be able to welcome you in person.
