Cozy u. stylishly decorated apartment in the 2nd Floor with living / bedroom, dining room, bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchen and balcony overlooking the green heart of the island. completely renovated of 2007. The living / sleeping area has an additional double bed (1.60 cm wide), a. 3 Guest or additional 2 preschoolers. Cable TV, CD mini recorder, kitchen with hob, microwave, washer securing a modern standard. Parking is not available.

The Art Nouveau Villa Germania, one of the most beautiful on the beach promenade of Ahlbeck, was built in the resort architecture in the year 1900. From the balcony on the south side you can enjoy the sunshine on Usedom. The villa is located in a traffic situation. A few steps away only up to 80 meters wide, sandy beach. A bicycle garage is located on the ground floor. A few meters to the bakery, bus stop, shopping along the promenade or to the gastronomic temptations nearby.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
