Islamorada Penthouse Condo - Beautifully furnished and Fantastic layout - living space is all on one level. Some ocean views in the distance from almost every room. Above the unit is a private rooftop lounge with a wet bar and a view of the sunset overlooking the bay. Excellent location close to Founder's Park, shops and restaurants.

Above the unit is a private rooftop lounge with a bar and a view of the Atlantic Ocean in the distance. The pictures do not it justice. When sitting up on the rooftop you feel like your sitting "On Top of the World" in a Tranquil Setting with out of this World 360 degree views of the Ocean, Bay, Sunrises and Sunsets.
Summer Seas Condominium Association requires a background check. Once we accept the booking we will email the form to fill out and send back.
Although there is a marina and boat ramp onsite it is filled to capacity. No more boats or trailers allowed in or out of the water.

Perfect Space for 6

The penthouse had plenty of space for our party of 6 (three adult couples). The kitchen had plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. we enjoyed the property and the location was a perfect central Keys location. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. My only callout is for light sleepers. There’s a bit of traffic noise, so be sure to bring a sound machine or sleep app on your phone.

Great layout and spacious living areas

This was a great condo for our vacation. The common spaces are very large and easy for all to enjoy. The roof top deck is great with beautiful views. The condo does over look the street but the roof top deck and the pool made up for that. Very clean and very well stocked. Sheets and towels were high quality and the kitchen had all we needed. Pool is heated and has many chairs, table and loungers. It was a plus that beach towels and pool noodles were provided! Overall we highly recommend this vacation rental.

Very pleased with how spacious and the amount of amenities available. We were able to snorkel from the property.

Islamorada rooftop condo

The condo size and updates were beautiful. However the biggest drawback was that it was located on the roadside of the building. It was very noisy. Also the barn doors do not provide a lot of privacy to the master bedroom and bathroom. The pool area and marina and beach area were very nice.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

The condo was just was we wanted. It was clean and spacious and in a central location. We were very pleased. The manager was very repsonsive. We would stay there again.
