Enjoy ocean breezes, spectacular unobstructed ocean views while listening to the waves from this Beach Front 1BR/1BA 750 sq.ft. beachfront condo (including a private lanai with ocean view.)
This is Hawaii's most beautiful location right on a family friendly sandy beach. Enjoy spectacular sunrises over the ocean, large sea turtles that regularly visit the beach, whales off shore and colorful coral that make this semi-private beach a special retreat.
The Space:
Important Construction Update: The lanai (patio) facing the ocean will not be accessible to use until April 2024. Your view will most likely be obstructed with construction equipment and there will be a high likelihood for concrete jack hammering and construction dust going on Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Additionally the pool is only open from 5pm-8pm Mon-Fri. But the pool is open all day Sat-Sun.
This is a one-bedroom condo with spectacular beach, ocean and sunrise views! Located on a mid-level floor, accessible by two elevators. The condo has an in-unit washer/dryer for taking care of your family's needs during your stay. There is also a beachside gym, pool and bbq area.
The bed room has two full-size bunk beds. The living room has a queen Murphy bed and queen sofa sleeper.
Guests will have access to the entire condo, beach, and gym. There is reserved parking for 1 car and more parking along the road.
There should be plenty of dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels and toilet paper for your stay. We want you to have a premium and hassle-free family bonding experience at the condo, so if there is anything you need or any questions, please contact me.
There is some construction going on at the building (Pat's at Punalu'u). Please plan on some unsightly construction scaffolding and signs as well as possible construction noise Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No construction happens on the weekends).
Because we are aware and sensitive to these potential impacts on your experience, we have already discounted all nightly rates through 2023 by 20%. If you decide to cancel your stay because of the construction, we will offer a full refund to you if you cancel within 24 hours of making your reservation.
The vast majority of our guests still have a truly amazing experience here regardless of the construction and we think you will too! We are happy to answer any questions you have.
The property is located at historic Pats at Punalu'u, 53-567 Kamehameha Highway, Hauula, HI 96717 which is a legal rental, exempt from Bill 89/Ordinance 19-18 (per Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting).
Guest Access:
As my guests, you will have complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside gym and pool, beachside picnic area and bbq, lawn chairs and the beach. Access to your condo is by two secured elevators. There is free parking for 1 car in a designated stall with additional parking available on the street.
The Neighborhood:
Ocean Front Right on the Beach! The Beach is protected by a reef a ways out so it's perfect for snorkeling without the bigger waves. Beaches with big waves are nearby! Shrimp Truck, Thai Food Truck, Burger Food Truck, Vietnamese Pho Food Truck, Hawaiian Ice stand and convenience store with local food counter half block away across the street! Less than 5 miles to the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hawaii’s #1 paid attraction, draws millions of visitors annually with their world-class entertainment, learning, shows, and luaus. There is a Longs drugstore and two grocery stores in the area. Five minutes away, Laie Beach Park has great year round larger waves for body surfing. Turtle Bay Resort Golf Courses/Restaurants and World Famous North Shore Surfing Beaches a short drive away.
If it's winter, along the North Shore you'll be treated to 30 to 40-foot tall waves and some of the world's best surfers. You'll also find Waimea Bay and the beautiful Waimea Falls Park with its sacred sites, waterfall and wonderful hula dancers. Or drive a few more miles to the quaint town of Haleiwa and its many art galleries, boutiques and restaurants.
There is also horseback riding nearby and of course, the beach and the ocean - right outside your door!
Getting Around:
Guest have a private parking space not far from the elevators. There is also a bus stop just steps away that will take you around the island and directly to all of the most popular, world-famous beaches.

This condo is only 5 minutes from Laie and the Polynesian Cultural Center. The beach is absolutely beautiful and safe. You're only minutes from the best beaches in the world.

You are right on a family safe beach with a amazing views. Visit Oahu's most popular tourist attraction, the Polynesian Cultural Center which is only five minutes away. There you can hear the tales of the many different islands of the Pacific.
