An entire 3 bedroom 3.5 bath accessible open layout home will be your home during your stay.
The property is surrounded by protected wooded green space with the Taylor Run trail adjacent on the northwest side.

The Owners Club, pools & lake are accessible by hiking or a short 5 minute drive.

Enjoy bird watching, fishing, hiking and picnicking without driving anywhere!

Cozy getaway for a girls weekend in Galena

Great Stay!

The property was beautiful. The house was great for our short get-away. We were able to walk on the trail near the property to enjoy the nature nearby. It was a shorty drive to downtown Galena. Thank you for helping provide a relaxing stay!

Perfect place to stay with family

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Aspen house! Close to Galena, and a short drive to many other popular destinations in area. The home had everything we needed for our stay, and our host Hailey was quick with responses to questions regarding our stay. Our favorite spot was the screened porch facing the woods!

Fall Get-Away

Beautiful property with lots of amenities. Having a grill on the screened-in porch was incredible; there were lots of areas to play games and/or relax; and the trail down to the lake was clearly marked and a great walk. The cabin is set in the middle of a stand of trees so feels very private. Would definitely stay here again!

I have enjoyed years of travel around the world and am delighted to share the beauty and serenity of the Driftless region with guests. As a parent to small children I have worked to create a family friendly retreat. I look forward to hosting your group and am happy to offer ideas and suggestions for unique activities in and around Galena!

Why they chose this property

This is NOT a townhome with any attached property. The entire house and property will be yours during your stay! It is located on one acre and surrounded by Galena Territories' protected woodland.

What makes this property unique

The aspen trees surrounding the house are restorative and beautiful. The protected green space surrounding the property means you will likely encounter deer, rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks, wild turkey as well up to 70 other birds.

Guests will enjoy 5 complimentary guest passes to access all the amenities at the Galena Territory Association Owners Club. This includes the indoor / outdoor pool as well as game room, gym and fitness center.

Lake Galena is an easy .5 mile walk down the adjacent Taylor Run trail.
No need to drive!
At the Marina you will be able to rent a kayak or canoe and enjoy a picnic on the lake! (picnic back packs included with your stay but rentals’ are at guests’ cost)

The first pet is included in your stay - for a second pet there is a non refundable $50 pet fee. Sorry only 2 dogs max.
