In the hamlet Škalniški with 6 houses 4 km from the centre of Jurdani, 8.5 km from the centre of Matulji, 12 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet position, 12 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: property 1'000 m2, lawn 250 m2 trees, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 01.Oct.). Hot tub, arbour, terrace (18 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (1.7 km via unmade road). Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3.5 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 2.8 km, pebble beach 12 km, concrete beach 12 km. Please note: suitable for families. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Organizing a party is not allowed.

View of the swimming pool. Facilities: baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Low height of the entrance door into the house 182 cm. Ceiling height above interior staircase 175 cm - 220 cm.

Sehr schönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Haus mit großem Garten. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Kühlschrank war schon mit einer kleinen Verpflegung gefüllt so das man sich bei der Ankunft direkt wohlfühlte. Das Highlight war der Whirlpool in dem es sich prima aushalten ließ. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen

Die Gastgeber Igor und Vedrana sind supernett. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank gefüllt und sie überraschten uns mit einem Willkommensapéro. Das Haus ist wirklich megaschön, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Pool, Whirlpool, Fussballwiese und die lieblich gepflegte und an einigen Stellen mit "Verweilbänklein" versehene Umgebung sind genial. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!!!

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam aber nie aufdringlich. Das Haus ist groß und komfortabel, überkomplett ausgestattet. Luxus nach einem Ausflug ist der Whirlpool. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist nur die Zufahrt zum Haus - eine enge Schottertraße mit alten Steinmauern an den Seiten, stellenweise sehr schmal ...

„Wir wurden super nett empfangen. das Haus liegt etwas abseits. Ein absolut schönes Ferienhaus. ein großes Grundstück mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten für 2 Personen. alles sehr sauber gepflegt. die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit super nett. Beim Einzug wurden wir durch einen Obst korb Proviant im Kühlschrank. Brot überrascht. Sterne auf jeden Fall für Die Vermieter. Sterne für das ganze Objekt.“

Alles perfekt!

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier richtig. Wunderschöne Anlage mit großem Grundstück, sehr gepflegt und durch den umgebenen Wald auch ein angenehmes Klima. Das Haus ist für 6 Personen ausreichend groß und lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Aber das beste an dem ganzen sind die netten Gastgeber, es wird alles getan dass man sich hier wohlfühlt. Hier wird Gastfreundschaft groß geschrieben! Danke nochmal für den schönen Urlaub und liebe Grüße!

Privates Paradies!

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Ein abgelegener kleiner Ort mit viel Natur, Ruhe und sehr viel Platz. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und bei allen Angelegenheiten sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und das Wasser sowohl im Pool als auch im Whirlpool war komplett ausgetauscht. Der Weg zu dem Haus führt über einen engen Schotterweg ca. 1,5 km und man hat ein privaten überdachten Abstellplatz. Der Empfang von WLAN war leider sehr problematisch.

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung mit allem Komfort sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Bei der Ankunft war sogar eine kleine Verpflegung für den Anfang im Kühlschrank und vom Vermieter gab es einen Willkommenstrunk! Die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig nett und sehr bemüht, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und komfortabel. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen im nächsten Jahr bestimmt wieder! Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Polecam z czystym sumieniem- dla dzieci możliwość wybiegania na trawie (boisku) z bramkami, do tego huśtawki plus pobliski las-cisza i spokój. Właściciele baaaardzo życzliwi i pomocni na każdym kroku. Spóźniliśmy się na nasze wakacje z powodu popsutego auta a właściciele zaproponowali dzień dłużej w zamian. Mieszkali obok ale nie było mowy o braku prywatności. Wszystko czyste, pachnące. Do pobliskiego sklepu spacerem ok 1h . Autem-5min. Jacuzzi i basen czyste. Okolica bajeczna. Polecam

Tolles und idyllisch gelegenes Ferienhaus, prima ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind absolut klasse, total nett und hilfsbereit und haben somit unseren Urlaub noch schöner gemacht. Der Blick aus dem Whirlpool und Pool in die weitläufige Natur ist einfach herrlich. Amazing holidays....

we spent a week in Skalniski and it was just marvellous! the house is just amazing, you really feel home, all détails have been thought through meticulously (decoration, ustensils in the kitchen..) A heartfelt thank you to the owners who took care from the beginning to the end of the stay! Mindblowing....if you want to enjoy your holidays in the middle of the wood with a swimming pool and a fantastic whirlpool, in the nature, do not hesitate and book this property!
