40 km north-east of Kolari, lake Ylläsjärvi 4 km, swimming beach 4,5 km. Log duplex apartment, built 2009. Livingroom/kitchen, one bedroom with double bed (140cm), loft with 4 separate beds, electric sauna, shower/toilet (sauna and bathroom renovated in 2023).
In addition: dishwasher, water boiler and toaster. Area 65 m² of which 13 m² on the loft, baby bed, high chair, potty, 2 sled. Air source heat pump for heating and cooling. NOTICE! This cottage is not suitable for people with animal allergies.
The destination is not suitable for people with animal allergies.
Good quality duplex apartment located in the Ylläsjärvi village new cottage area near the Maisematie scenic road. Location ideal for wintersports. Prices include final cleaning, bed linen available for rent.
