Easy to get around, stroll through charming Historic Downtown with architecture modeled after Northern Italy. Venice is filled with restaurants as well as cafes, boutiques and gift shops.
What makes this property unique
Venice Florida is known as the Shark Tooth Capital of the world. Comb the beach for fossilized shark teeth. Or linger the South Jetty while watching the sunset. You might catch a glimpse of a jumping dolphin. Continue on to Caspersen, the longest beach in Sarasota County, and Venice Municipal, which has a coral reef a quarter mile off shore.
