Elegant, fully furnished apartment with balcony - ski out/ski in

For New YearsEve - 5-6 nights minimum, changing day 29th of dec.!
On skis and to the apartment "! Ski in - ski out! Direct access to ski loops!
The apartment is elegant and modern, the kitchen is fully equipped, Nespresso machine etct. It has a large, south-facing balcony. In the private apartment house are only 7 apartments, which are mostly used exclusively by the owners at the weekend. In the immediate vicinity are very good restaurants with 4 and 5 star hotels with restaurants, all within 5 minutes walking distance. The Oberlech cable car runs daily until 1 am and is 3 minutes from the apartment.
They strap on the skis and reach all ski lifts from the house
Lech and Zürs to Warth and St. Anton. For skis and ski boots there is a separate room in the entrance area. ,
They live in a place where famous movie actors, pop stars and crowned heads live. I do not rent from Saturday to Saturday - only 1 weekend can be included.

An amazing apartment in an amazing location, perfect for our small family ski trip to Lech. Hugo is a gracious and accommodating host with a clear love for the Arlberg who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. We felt so fortunate to be his guests and experience this magical part of the world through his eyes. We hope to one day be able to return!

The property is a cozy, warm and inviting ski in/out lovely flat in quiet Oberlech.

From first booking Hugo was wonderful to correspond with. His flat in Oberlech is on the second floor of a small house of perhaps 6 or 7 flats. The flat has two rooms and was clean and organized when we arrived with a special treat from the owners. We completely enjoyed our stay there and had everything we needed for living for the week. The house is very comfortable for our family of 5 with plenty of space for us all. The children loved lounging around between skiing and getting down to Lech is really easy. Skiing straight to the flat was definitely and added plus. I highly recommend this flat in beautiful Austria!

Excellent location and perfect lodging for our family of five.

Hugo's apartment was a perfect location and size for our family. He met us our first day in Lech in order to get us acquainted with the property. The apartment is a very short walk from the top of the gondola to Oberlech, and the location is perfect for ski in and ski out convenience. Hugo was quick to answer any questions that we had during our stay. We would highly recommend this property.

Meine Familie hatte einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub in der so wunderbar gelegenen Wohnung. Skier an und auf die Piste. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unproblematisch, die Wohnung sehr ruhig und sauber, gut eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden. Gewürze etc durften wir benutzen. Diese Wohnung empfehle ich auf jeden Fall weiter.
