The comfortably furnished apartment is located in 1. Upper floor of the Villa Karola and has a balcony facing north-east (furniture available) The apartment is divided into a bedroom with double bed (a mattress - so large sheets required) and a living room with double sofa bed, dining area and cable TV. The living room is complemented by an open kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with 3 * freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and plenty of kitchen utensils. The inside bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. Sheets and towels can be rented. A parking space is included and is located about 150 meters from the apartment.

The Villa Karola is a newly built villa in modern style bathrooms architecture. It is located almost at the end of a quiet side street - not far from the north beach with pier and Amber promenade beach and from the center.

Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen in der Villa Carola. Die Wohnung war sauber, modern eingerichtet und man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand. Schön ist der große Balkon. Wir hatten jedoch unsere E-Bikes mit und es erwies sich als schwierig, diese über die schmale Wendeltreppe in den Kelller herunterzutragen. Das ist schon eine sportliche Leistung! Wir haben diese deshalb nur an einem Tag genutzt. Im Außengelände gibt es auch keine Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder, die man tagsüber nutzen könnte. Das fanden wir sehr schade. Es gibg aber je Wohnung im Objekt einenen eigenen Fahrradkeller, mit normalem Fahhrad ist das alles einfacher. Wir hatten bei der Buchung auf Unterstellmöglichkeiten für unsere E-Bikes gefragt, darauf aber keine Antwort erhalten. Leider gehört auch kein PKW-Stellplatz zum Objekt (darauf wurde allerdings hingewiesen). Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es kaum im Ort und wenn man einen ergattert hat, dann sollte man das Auto gleich dort stehen lassen während seines Aufenthaltes Parkgebühren von 20 Euro /Tag , selbst auf einem Schotterparkplatz, fanden wir unverschämt. Da sollte man bei Urlaubern, die in Göhren wohnen und dort ihre Kurtaxe entrichten schon Rabatte z.B. in Form einer Parkkarte und ermäßigtem Preis entgegenkommen.

Schöne Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung. Der Ort ist auch sehr schön. Leider kein eigenen Parkplatz. Und in der nähe gibt es nicht viele kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Das parken auf bezahlbare Parkplätze ist sehr teuer.

Klein, fein, sauber

Für uns 3 (Baby 8 Monate) hat die Wohnung sehr gut gepasst. Wir hatten unser Reisenett dabei uns unser Sohn hat so mit im Schlafzimmer sein können. Alles war sehr sauber.
