Only 50 meters away is the "Ahoi" water park, where children can enjoy the outdoor water games and adults can enjoy the varied saunas in pleasant temperatures. Also on the grounds is a children's playground and a 18 hole mini golf course. In the shopping malls of Seepark Sellin you will find restaurants, an ice cream parlor, bike rental, a drugstore, souvenirs and much more. Opposite is the large EDEKA Neukauf 1400m² with bakery and Post / Postbank, Lotto. The stop of the Orlando Furioso, the famous narrow-gauge railway of the island, is just four minutes, as well as the stop of Rügen passenger transport and of course the wonderfully wide sandy beach. Bike rental, the village's mini golf course and a launderette are all within a stone's throw of the house. The Selliner B��derbahn travels in walking distance of 22 03. Until 31 10th Hourly In only 7 minutes to the pier and the shuttle to South Beach from 1 5th to 30 09th In 30 min clock. Of course, free with spa card.

Wohnung sehr gut, Buchungssystem schwierig

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Ist sehr sauber und prinzipiell für einen Kurzurlaub vollkommen ausreichend. Zu 4 ist es eng, aber das wussten wir. Was man allerdings mit wenig Aufwand verbessern könnte, sind mindestens 2 Geschirrhandtücher zur Verfügung zu stellen (1 Handtuch für 10 Tage ist spärlich) und die Wegbeschreibung von der Schlüsselübergabe zur Residenz ist etwas irreführend. Sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten. Wir waren zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Lage ist optimal, man kann alles erreichen. Was deutlich komplizierter war, war die Buchung: ich musste mehrfach nach der Bankverbindung nachfragen und die 3 verschiedenen Ansprechpartner (fewo-direkt, booking solution und Rügen Residenzen), haben das ganze nicht vereinfacht. Ein Ansprechpartner wäre besser. Trotz Regen ist Rügen nach wie vor sehr schön!

Zentrale Lage in einem wunderschönen Haus im Stil der Bäderarchitektur. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und sauber und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Besonders schön ist der überdachte Balkon.
