Ground floor:
The cozy 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the house with separate entrance. There are 2 separate bedrooms (double bed) and a bedroom with bunk beds. The large living room is a bed sitting room (extra bed for 1 person) with TV is u. Radio. A separate, well-equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator and dishwasher.  The living room leads to the terrace möbelierte north-east side. A large bathroom with shower / WC. The initial bed linen, parking, utilities and cleaning are included in the price. Towels must be brought.

The apartments are located in a spacious building on a large plot. It is about 7 km from the beach in the seaside resort Zinnowitz. Shops are also in Zinnowitz. Restaurants are within walking distance. To the backwaters it is about 400 m. In Zinnowitz there is a cinema, a theater and on the pier is a diving bell and a sports beach.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Klare Empfehlung, wenn man es ruhig mag

Sehr schöne, große und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage am Achterwasser. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Anreise und Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin waren nett und unkompliziert. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu haben. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten waren für uns sehr bequem und wir haben gut geschlafen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Einzige kleine Minuspunkte: überhaupt kein Handyempfang in der EG-Wohnung, man war nicht erreichbar und zum telefonieren musste man raus in den Garten. W-LAN war auch manchmal gestört. Und das fensterlose Bad kann eigentlich nur über das Wohnzimmer gelüftet werden, weil keine Belüftungsanlage vorhanden ist. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Kurzurlaub auf Usedom sehr genossen und wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung für eine Woche

Großes Grundstück, gut zum Fußball spielen mit Enkeln. Zur Ostsee die 9 km sind schnell mit dem Auto geschafft, Trassenheide liegt der Parkplatz günstig und für den ganzen Tag zahlt man ca. 8 €.

Familienurlaub

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, mit allem was man braucht. Das war die erste Ferienwohnung die vor Ort schöner und grösser war als auf den Bildern (meist ist das eher umgekehrt). Die 10 min Autofahrt zum Strand (Trassenheide) haben mich nicht gestört, da wir als Familie eh soviel Strandequipment dabei haben, dass wir immer mit dem Auto fahren müssen (eine Ferienwohnung am Strand kommt für uns nicht in Frage). Der Kontakt zu Herrn Dahms war sehr nett. Also alles bestens - vielen Dank.
