*If you create your reservation between the months of November 1st-May 1st pool heat will be included but the temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient weather temperature. If you book your reservations outside of these dates pool or spa heat is optional and an additional $40/daily.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. Wonderful home, great location

We rented this home for two weeks and had a wonderful time with family & friends. The house was very clean and spacious, the backyard landscape is well maintained with many sitting nooks to gather in and the location of the house is central. Opportunities for improvements: Prior to arriving we read reviews about ongoing issues with the hot tub (function & heat) & reached out to the mgmt company to address the concerns. Upon our arrival and throughout our stay we ran into a variety of issues with the hot tub, including underperforming jets & low temps. When we asked for assistance, we were informed there was a tablet in the kitchen. We found the tablet, but no instructions on how to use it and there were multiple apps available. Luckily one apps "looks like" a pool and we were able to figure it out on our own. A step-by-step instruction guide to use the tablet, hot tub & water features would be a huge improvement for future renters. On the last day of our 14 days stay we woke up to find a company (unannounced) in the yard working on the hot tub. When I approached him I was told he was called for a leak and the hot tub was due for repairs (not caused by us) that should have occurred months before. They worked on the hot tub for >4 hours (eating into our last day. The bathroom shower curtain rod tension is not working and that needs to be replaced. Suggest the purchase of more pool lounge chairs (more than 2). Overall, the home is in a great location, would stay again.

Backyard Oasis

The backyard is truly stunning and relaxing!! Safe, quiet neighborhood and location of Scottsdale is convenient to get around to many attractions. House was clean and spacious. It was a wonderful and perfect house for our family of 8. The hot tub is not hot and we couldn't really control it. There was not any instruction book to understand the controls of the pool or hot tub. Upon arrival the hot tub was mild warm. Had to make phone calls and customer service tried to help but had to send someone out the next day to the house to explain the Ipad controls. Would have saved time and the hassel to have a instruction book at the house. There were no extra pantry items, such as salt/pepper/coffee filters/cooking oil...etc. Would be nice to have some supplies on hand so we didn't need to have to buy all those for a short time. The nepresso machine did not work! We did have a drip coffee makers that was sufficient. Dishwasher only did a fair job getting the dishes clean. We had to handwash many dishes after using the dishwasher. Could use a drying rack at the sink for hand washing. Overall, was great experience!! Thank you!

Hot tub inconsistent

Everything was great except the “new” hot tub which worked sporadically. Controls were overtaken by owner or management company. No jets and water level was constantly low.

Great Weekend Getaway

Great spot for 3 out-of-town friends to meet for a long weekend getaway. Close & easy proximity to Kierland Commons, grocery store, and the golf courses we played. Awesome backyard and outdoor space was great to lounge in the pool, or grill and play billiards while watching sports on the outdoor TV. The tablet/app used to control pool/spa/water features was a bit clunky and sometimes outright unresponsive, but we managed with a bit of patience and trial and error. Neighbor had landscape crew that started at 6:15 on Sunday morning, which we thought was a bit early, but by no means the fault of our host. Would definitely stay again.
