Nice area and clean home

Our family stayed a week. We got in late but The check in process was easy and the house was clean. Towels, pool towels, toiletries, garbage bags,shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided. You’d be surprised how many people don’t provide these items which can add up when you need to purchase them for just the week. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and pans, dishes, gadgets. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. My only negative was the cost to heat the pool/spa which wasn’t included in the daily rate. I thought it should’ve been included or at least the price should be on the listing.

Great property

We spent the week with this property, we did have a glitch in that the Water Heater wiring failed, as when I notified the owner they sent a very competent technician first thing the next morning and it was corrected. We also had another minor problem, with the dishwasher, and again they came and promptly fixed it. You can't ask for more than that. Things do unfortunately break, which is outside the owners control. What is withing there control is what they do about it. In this case, it was professionally and with excellent quality. Would for sure stay here again in the future.
