About this property

A Two bedroom, two full bath open concept living area (upstairs) located 3 miles from Lake Ontario in the quiet Town of Ontario. Sodus Point/Sodus Bay are 20 minutes to the East with spectacular fishing, plenty of restaurants, a beach area, playgrounds, boat launches, and water sports. Rochester is 20 minutes to the West with plenty of shopping and entertainment, restaurants galore, museums, and theaters. The property is newly renovated with a large garage that can be used for indoor boat storage.

Spacious, well-appointed apartment!

My husband and I stayed for a weekend to visit our daughter, a freshman at RIT. The two-bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs. The kitchen all of the equipment we needed. Everything was brand new, sparkling clean, comfortable, and in good working order. My husband especially enjoyed being able to park the car in the garage and out of the weather. There's a lovely view of a pond where we could see geese floating by. We enjoyed the quiet, rural setting to recharge and appreciated the nearby Tops grocery store. The property is also close to several interesting hiking areas.

We visited for a nearby weekend birthday celebration and found this space worked very well. Host communications were smooth and check-in/out easy. Would recommend!

Home away from home.

This is our 2nd year staying here,we love everything about this property. The property managers are very nice and easy to communicate with. The house has everything you would need.

We are from the area, and it was great being home. The exterior was a bit dark coming in after dark, but the place was exactly as is shown on the site. The stairs into the place was a bit more than expected but the garage was massive and gave outstanding security. Will return.
