Maison Yoyo - Maison Climatisée
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 54 m² air-conditioned house with sea view for rent in Basse-Terre. It can accommodate up to 5 people. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: single bed
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owner has decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- There is a small terrace at the entrance.
The house is ideally located in Basse-Terre, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house in the private car park or in the garage (1 vehicle).
