The house La Rose, located in the town centre of Barcelonne-du-Gers, is a large family home completely renovated in 2024 with quality materials and which has retained its charm with cement tiles, fireplaces, parquet floors...
From the private and secure car park, access to the house is via a pretty stone driveway.
In the garden of the house, completely private, you will find:
- a terrace accessible from the kitchen on which you can enjoy your meals around a large table, and extended by a sheltered area with barbecue and plancha for convivial evenings.
- a secure 8x4m swimming pool with integrated lighting and its deckchairs
- a petanque court
- a private and secure car park.
- a relaxation and well-being area equipped with a 5-seater jacuzzi.
On the home side, you can enjoy the beautiful fully equipped kitchen, with a large wooden family table, the comfortable sofa installed in the living room to relax in front of your favourite series with free wifi.
Accessible by the original wooden staircase, you will have the choice between 4 charming bedrooms equipped with storage and office:
- 2 bedrooms with queen-size double bed, bathroom, Italian shower and WC
- 1 double bedroom with a queen-size bed. A sofa bed will allow the sleeping of 2 additional people
- 1 twin bedroom with two single beds in 80 that can be pushed together. Suitable for both children and friends.
Upstairs, you will also find a separate toilet and a beautiful bathroom with bathtub, as well as a reading-board games corner.

For your children, we can provide you with a travel cot and a high chair.
