This special domicile offers its guests a touch of glamor and romance and the feeling of being welcome. The villa is located on a fenced plot and has a living area of about 300 m² on three floors. On the first floor are the spacious living room with dining area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a garage. On the upper floor are two bedrooms, which share a bathroom, and another bedroom with its own bathroom and massage bathtub. In the basement are a konoba with fireplace and laundry room. In the outdoor area with pool and Mediterranean plants there is a mini golf course where you can practice your golf skills.
