To Note:
Home is dog friendly as are the beaches. However, there is no fenced area for dogs and the house is on piers. Pet fee is required for all dogs. No other animals accepted/no puppies. Dogs must be crated when home alone.

Morgantown has numerous natural areas and at times (depending upon the amount of recent rain) marsh-like areas including around our home. These areas are home to wildlife and bugs and pets/children should not go into them.

Rental age is 25. Booking person must be staying as a guest in our home and be present at all times. This is a family friendly community-loud noise and/or parties are not tolerated.

Golf cart may be available during your stay unless it is out for repairs (carts may also be rented from local businesses). Usage is complementary and not reflected in nightly rates. All cart drivers must be licensed and at least 18 years of age. Guests/drivers assume all liability for driving it and should not use cart if unfamiliar with its operation.

Morgantown now has high speed internet-one of the first communities in Ft. Morgan. TVs are located in each room and you can choose from 300 channels or stream from your devices.

Lastly-Please purchase trip insurance to protect your vacation investment. Life happens and so do unexpected medical emergencies and transportation mishaps.

Perfect quiet location

We could not have been happier with our stay at Dreams Come True. The property was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. The property is a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach and community pool. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available.

Perfect location!

Location was perfect, 5-10 minute walk to the beach, but could take the golf cart right to the beach as well. Beach wasn’t too crowded and dog friendly. House was clean and cozy, perfect set up for our group of 8. Host was very responsive and quick to rectify any issues. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Close but Quiet

Great location and perfect for our family. The beach is around five minutes away but the golf cart made it easy for transporting to and from the beach! We drove from different areas so having parking for five vehicles was a must! The house was wonderful and the host was excellent, making sure we had what we needed. I highly recommend staying there if in the area!

Our family of 6 loved this house! Very clean, awesome master bath, comfortable commons area for visiting and relaxing. Loved that the table was big enough for everyone to eat together. Having access to the golf cart to go to the beach was awesome! The rooms are spread out and allows everyone their privacy. I would highly recommend this house for a great vacation!!

Awesome property with lots of amenities!

Loved how close this property was to the pool! The golf cart was super helpful getting to the beach. We cooked almost every night and kitchen was setup well for that. WiFi and fire sticks made watching TV in all rooms a breeze. Kids loved playing the board games that were there as well. The screened in porch was great for morning breakfast! Would highly recommend for families with several kids or a couple of families w/ 2-3 kids.

Perfect house and host!

Let me start off by saying Dawn was amazing. She accommodated our last minute request when our reservation with another host fell through. With two families and two dogs stuck, she let us go right over. The house was perfect - close enough to the beach that we could walk up each day. It was extremely clean and fit our needs. Only part we were bummed about was the golf cart was not working. Dawn was always available and answered my inquiries immediately. Would definitely stay at this Coastal Cottage again!! Thanks Dawn for saving our family vacation!

Wonderful Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay... even my 3 year old said she wanted to stay at that house lol. House was very clean. Kitchen was truly fully stocked. Dawn had thought of everything... down to make up towels and all the right small size toiletries you may have forgotten. Plenty of extra sheets and bedding along with a fold out mattress which was perfect for the toddler. Wifi... I truly hoped we are blessed to be able to return another year. You won't be disappointed!!

Family Spring Break!

It was perfect for us. The property was very clean and spacious. The family just enjoying time spent together in a laid-back atmosphere. Quite and away from the busy tourist areas but close enough to run to the store or restaurants. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We had an issue with the hot water and Dawn made sure it was fixed as soon as soon as possible. She was super responsive and made sure we had a great experience. We would highly recommend this home. Perfect for large family gatherings! We'd love to come back again!

Why they chose this property

We love the Ft. Morgan area for its natural beauty, gorgeous beaches, and proximity to Gulf Shores. Our family has been vacationing in the area for 17 years and we have so many wonderful memories. We recently purchased Dreams Come True so that we always have a place for our family to enjoy. We can hear the waves from the front porch and walk to the beaches which are much less crowded than Gulf Shores.

What makes this property unique

Morgantown is so cute with all the homes painted 'beachy fun' colors and all are elevated on piers. We have 2 beautiful pools in the community with rest/changing rooms and plenty of lounge chairs. We also love to play pickleball and the courts are about 3 houses away. During the fall, the weather can still be warm enough to enjoy the beaches and ocean; and the dining in Gulf Shores is less crowded. In December, the Blue Angels fly practice drills from Pensacola past Morgantown-it is incredible to sit on the beach and watch them.
