We booked this house for our family (9 adults and an infant) for a wedding in the area. The house was really lovely - clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable and clean, and plenty of space for us to hang out together! It was exactly what we were looking for! The host, Brie, was also super helpful and responsive throughout our visit. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!
This was the perfect place for our short stay in New Hampshire. The house was lovely. We really appreciated the kitchen, which was stocked with good pots and pans as well as basic spices, cooking oils, and coffee and tea. Communication with the homeowner was terrific. Thanks again for a lovely stay.
Well appointed home with responsive property manager and very comfortable. Our family was in area for our son’s wedding and this property offered sufficient space for all!
Brie thoughtfully stocked the kitchen for us including S'mores for the fire pit which our kids loved. We all enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables. Everything was super clean and comfy, lots of towels & AC + fans. Lots of cool stuff to do nearby for kids and adults.

Thanks so much Maud. It was a pleasure hosting your family and I hope you come back again!
A pleasant and comfortable house to be in. We were all charmed to find a Christmas tree (decorated) waiting to greet us and despite the damp and unpromising weather we had a really enjoyable and relaxed time with what the Monadnock area and the house itself offered.
This was a great place for our 3-generation gathering. Flexible and spacious with 5 bedrooms and basement laundry/recreation room.Little kids enjoyed watching birds' nests, and playing safely outdoors. The open shed next to the house gave us space for bikes and other eqpt. Kitchen very well equipped, plus grill on the patio and fire pit for smores. Bonus expeditions: Friendly Farm in Dublin; Adams Pool in Peterborough.
We had a group of visitors come in for corporate training and they enjoyed the house as they were able to make meals in instead of going out for every meal. This house totally met our needs for our large group. Thanks, Brie for your Hospitality. :)
This house was perfect for a snowy weekend getaway with friends. It's roomy but cozy, with plenty of good spots to hang out. And it is definitely dog-friendly; our two pups loved it! Brie was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. We're already talking about wanting to come back in the future!

Thanks so much Katie! Can't wait to have you and your friends back again!
Short of being able to be in our former family home, this was a wonderful place to gather family.
This house was accommodating for our extended family of 12! From the special welcome touches in the kitchen, to the comfortable beds and spacious rooms, children could play, adults could catch up, and meals could be in or out! We didn't have time for the fire pit, but it looked very inviting! We hope to return at some point... The hosts were terrific and helpful too!

Our stay was beyond our expectations! The house is lovely and very spacious. My 8 year old LOVED the game room. If I could move in tomorrow, I would! Brie was amazing and very accommodating! She was super responsive and flexible.

Thanks so much! It was such a pleasure to have you and your family!
Our group had a great stay at the Cobb Meadow House. The house is well appointed with kitchen amenities, a game room, big TV, firepit, comfy accommodations, and more. Brie is an excellent host and was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. She even stocked the cupboards and fridge with staples and goodies for our stay. We had a great time and would definitely consider renting this property again.
We had a wonderful time staying in the Cobb Meadow House. What an amazing place to gather the family for the holidays. All of our wants and desires were meticulously anticipated. The house was thoughtfully stocked with the essentials and then some. There was a Christmas Tree in the corner of the living room and when we need a little more salt and sand after a storm, assistance showed up within minutes. We could not have asked for more.
This is a beautiful old house with a lot of character and class. The owners keep up the property wonderfully, and they think of everything! There were eight adults and one child as we headed into graduation week at Dublin School, and we never felt like we didn't have enough space. This is a great spot for a chill retreat as well since there's a lot of outdoor space and shade. We loved it an we will be back. for the next graduation or other events!
We found the property as advertised. It was plenty big for our group. The location was very quiet. It's not right in the middle of anything, but it's within 10-15 min to Peterborough or Keene. Only 5 min to the Dublin General Store.
Brie was easy to work with. She was responsive whenever we needed to communicate. She even left us some breakfast stuff because she knew we were arriving late.
My family of 7, plus 2 family dogs, stayed at this property for a long July 4th weekend, for a total of 5 nights. The listing and amenities were spot on. We had plenty of room inside and out. Most bedrooms had large screen TVs. The kitchen was well equipped. Brie, the owner, even started us with some food essentials and treats which was awesome. The location was very convenient to local family members and was an easy trip to Peterborough or Keene, as well as other neighboring towns. We would definitely book this property again.

Thank you so much Terry. Your family was a pleasure to host and I hope you'll come back and stay another time!
We rented Cobb Meadow House for 8 day while a group of us from the US and from Europe put on a conference. The Conference was long hours and draining BUT the Cobb Meadow House was a welcome refuge where we could all gather around the fire pit, just a little ways from the house, and talk about the prior day’s events before the next day. We were all thankful in the end for such a wonderful experience we had at the house that we were sad leave. Should we ever have another conference in New Hampshire we will certainly call Brie our host, who was amazing, and ask to stay here again. The Cobb Meadow house made our whole stay that much more memorable!
My son graduated from Franklin Pierce in Rindge, and we had another VRBO booked two months prior closer to campus. This booking fell through 3 days before we travelled from Idaho for the graduation ceremony. I contacted Brie, and she made me comfortable booking on such short notice. She had the fridge stocked with milk for the adults, whole milk for the 1-year-old, and even Pepsi for my husband, as she had asked if we had any special needs. The home was in a beautiful location and had great activities to do while we were there. We grilled, took walks, and played games in the family room in the evening. I recommend this property, especially when the colors are spectacular in the fall. Highly recommend.

We traveled to NH for a family wedding. Fun family time and no worries at all staying at this home. Cozy, clean, felt safe and homey the minute we arrived. Brie even notified us of local event the kids enjoyed too!! Fully stocked with essentials which was a great addition! Highly recommended!
Great experience meeting every expectation by accounting for every detail. Spacious, authentic feeling farm house, would definitely recommend and rent again
Brie could not possibly be kinder, more accommodating or have a better equipped property!! Coffees (MANY TYPES) flat screen televisions everywhere, comfortable couches and beds, jacuzzi tub, fire pit, ALL SUPPLIES (even toothbrushes!!). Tremendous value - secluded and quiet yet close to all wonderful small towns in the area.
Brie went above and beyond to make sure that the stay went well. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Why they chose this property
This property was purchased from a dear friend in order to take over his construction company located in the back of the property. I already had a wonderful off-grid home that I love living in so I began updating this home with the intention for guests to have somewhere comfortable and "homey" to stay and large families/friend groups to gather together while in the Monadnock Region.
What makes this property unique
This home feels cozy and comfortable the second you walk in. Spacious, warm, and comfortable it is also very conveniently located in the heart of the Monadnock Region making it easy to access all surrounding towns and all the region has to offer!
