KLEINEICHOLZHEIM - WHERE FOX AND ELK SAY GOOD NIGHT!
Kleineicholzheim is a district of the municipality Schefflenz in the Neckar Odenwald circle.

You have access to the entire house with terrace and garden. An evening "little" campfire in the garden does not bother a small-minded neighbor. There is a fire bowl with grill accessories available.
STORAGE FIREWOOD, SAUNAWOOD AND GRILL CARBON ARE EXTRA CALCULATED.
You have the house for yourself during the booking period. We, the landlords, live only a few houses away and are happy to answer any questions or problems.

Toller Aufenthalt mit Großfamilie

Wir hatten mit unserer Großfamilie von 1-65 Jahren wunderbare 2 Tage in Kleineicholzheim. Das Haus ist gemütlich und sauber, hat alles, was man braucht und die Terasse mit großem Garten ist ein Highlight!

Wohliger Aufenthalt

Vielen lieben Dank, wir haben uns in dem gemütlichen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und hier sehr erholsame Tage verlebt. Die Terrasse im Grünen ist wunderbar zum gemeinsamen Essen und Schwatzen, die zwei großen Sofas super kuschelig und die Küche groß genug, um mit einer Gruppe gemeinsam zu kochen. Auch die Spaziergänge in der Umgebung waren sehr schön. Als zusätzliches Bonbon habe ich erlebt: Ungefragt wurde ich vom Bahnhof abgeholt, es lag ja fast auf dem Weg. Als ich nach 1,5 Tagen fragte, wo wir den vollen Kompost-Eimer hintragen können, kam Armin Giese sofort und brachte uns einfach einen zweiten großen Eimer vorbei. Wenn der Termin passt kommen wir sicher öfter nochmal wieder. Alles Gute!

entspanntes langes Wochenende

Wir waren mit unserer Wandergruppe vor Ort und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Der große Terrassentisch mit 12 Sitzplätzen und eine sehr guter Grill waren wie geschaffen für uns. Absolut posities Fazit aus unserer Sicht.

Tolle Zeit im Ferienhaus Giese

Das Haus war ein Volltreffer für unser Treffen mit 8 ehemaligen Schulkameraden der Marke Ü60. Der Esstisch lädt zum gemütlichen Beisammensitzen und Klönschnacken bis spät in die Nacht ein. Schlafzimmer und Bäder erfüllten alle unsere Ansprüche, Die Ausstattung der Küche ermöglichte problemlos unser selbstorganisiertes Frühstück. Leider war das Wetter an diesem Wochenende nicht geeignet um länger auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, aber gegrillt haben wir unserer Tradition folgend dennoch. Ein Ausflug per Segway ins Kloster Schöntal inkl. Besichtigung war unser Programm-Höhepunkt und essen waren wir 1* in der Gaststätte Zum Löwen in Großeicholzheim, auch das unser Tipp - lecker Essen/Trinken zu moderaten Preisen. Für uns war alles rund und das Ferienhaus kann nur herzlichst empfohlen werden.

Super Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft war genau nach unserem Geschmack. Ein bisschen rustikal und abgelegen, aber gut zu erreichen. Ansonsten alles Wichtige im Haus vorhanden. Hervorzuheben ist die einfache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern!

Familientreff über 3 Generationen - mit sehr individuellen Bedürfnissen. Kein Luxus - aber alles notwendige vorhanden. 2 gut renovierte Badezimmer. Bei Fragen und wenn was fehlt: Besitzer anrufen und er bringt es zeitnah. Bei schönem Wetter angenehmer Aufenthalt und schöne Spaziergänge möglich.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende mit Enkeln, Kindern und Großeltern. Das Haus war praktisch eingerichtet, in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und sehr praktisch war der große Grill, was besonders die Herren der Gruppe begeisterte. schöne Tage mit der Großfamilie gehabt

eigentlich alles in Ordnung allein der Türcode hatte einen Zahlendreher Einfahrt vors Haus etwas steil Informationen über Einkauf, Gaststätten, u.a. wäre ausbaufähig ganz toll: Sauna!!!

Great place for family or friends to meetup

After a long search we found this little gem for a friends meetup and well worth every penny. The place is nice, on the edge of the village, but still close to the train station (about 10 min walk), has enough space to park multiple cars (we had 4 cars and still had plenty of room if needed), got a huge garden with the sauna and fruit trees, there's almost none light pollution at night, so you can see the stars well on a clear night . Edeka is located in the nearby town (10 minutes drive) if you need to buy some groceries. One thing, if you do come by car, the driveway to the place is a little steep, so if you have a lowered suspension car, you might scrape the bottom of the front or rear bumper if you are not careful, but anything with a stock suspension will have no issue. The landlord is really friendly and helpful, did replied to all of our questions fast. Definietly gonna keep this little gem in the list for the future.

Es war ein super Wochenende für einen Junggesellinnenabschied unter Frauen

Sehr netter Gastgeber; wir hatten super Wetter; ein Wohlfühlwochenende mit Party an Abenden bei Lagerfeuer auf der Terrasse; das Haus ist etwas abgelegen, rustikal, Garten und Terrasse naturbelassen. Allen Gästen hat es sehr gefallen. Und perfekt um Partys zu feiern;)
