Welcome to Beach Blessing — your spacious and comfortable home base for the perfect Tybee Island vacation. With 1,200 square feet of living space, this charming home offers plenty of room for your entire family to relax, unwind, and enjoy coastal living at its best.

Located on Jones Avenue between 2nd and 3rd Street, you’ll enjoy easy, convenient access to the beach. It’s just a short three-block stroll, and there’s a crosswalk at 2nd Street to make getting to the sand safe and simple. You’re also within walking distance of Memorial Park, where kids and adults alike can enjoy a large playground, covered picnic areas, tennis courts, and a volleyball net.

Inside, Beach Blessing offers three oversized bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with a king—each equipped with its own TV for added comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom, located on the main level, features a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. A convenient half bath is also located on the main floor.

The fully furnished kitchen includes all the essentials you’ll need to prepare meals at home, from morning breakfasts to family dinners. The inviting living room is centered around a spacious sectional sofa, creating the perfect spot to lounge, watch TV, or gather together after a fun day at the beach.

Upstairs, the second floor offers two additional bedrooms and a shared full bath, giving everyone plenty of space to spread out.

Start your mornings or end your evenings on the welcoming front porch, an ideal place to sip your coffee, enjoy an afternoon drink, or simply relax and take in the peaceful Tybee Island atmosphere.

Great property, great location

We had the BEST time at Tybee. The house was clean and spacious and we loved being so close to the beach. The best part was being walking distance to our favorite restaurant, Salt Island.

Great little getaway!

Perfect spot away from the busy part of the island. Short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfy. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Cozy and clean house

This house was very nice and clean. A great place to crash after being on the beach all day. Beach is super close. The neighbors are also very nice!

Recent stay on Tybee

Good location to beach and nearby businesses. My biggest complaint would be AC set at 70 and not being able to adjust. Also issues with TV in main area changing often on its own while you are watching a program.

The house was on a very busy street. It was not the cleanest. The A/C could not be adjusted below 70 and it was very warm upstairs. The walk to the beach was easy as long as you could walk on the road while pulling your beach wagon.

No external water source to clean sand off, negative stars for that.Tub drains had hair and kitchen drain had food (on arrival)Security night directly under bedroom window was horrible at night even with blinds closed.Washer spin cycle almost took washer out of house.Refrigerator cannot hold gallon jugs of milk or water unless a shelf is removed.Ceiling fans only had one speed, either super high or off.Owners truck forced guests to park in drive instead of under in garage area which was inconvenient in rain.Location was great, house itself was nice and comfortable beds.Will not be back.

Great house in a nice neighborhood

The house was much nicer than I expected. The pictures didn’t do it much justice. Simple but spacious. Lots of room for our toddling grandson to play. Really nice neighbors. The only issue we had was that the neighbors did have trees cut all day the last day of our trip. This was very loud, but to be expected in a residential neighborhood. Beach was nice as well.

Beach blessing on Jones Avenue

The property was very spacious very clean we had everything that we needed. I was a little disappointed with the location it was a residential very busy Street. The walk to the beach is a little bit far and a lot of traffic to contend with until you cross over the major intersection.

Perfect family spot

This house was adorable and the perfect size for a family. It was supper clean. The house set with easy access to the beach (about 2blocks) and main road.
