Connected to Les Arcs by a ski slope just 150m away, the chalet is located in an authentic Savoyard hamlet.
Designed for family moments (fully renovated in 2025), it combines the charm of tradition with modern comfort.
Weekly rentals from Sunday to Sunday only during the season.
Ideal for 2–3 families, it offers:

5 double bedrooms
1 dormitory with 4 single beds
4 bathrooms (including one with a bathtub)

The third and top floor features a spacious living area (60 m²) with a 270° view over the valley:

Lounge with central fireplace
Fully equipped kitchen
Large dining table for 12 guests
Kids’ chill-out corner and Bonzini foosball table
Wide balcony with outdoor seating and dining area to admire the valley landscape

On the ground floor:

Ski room with storage and boot warmers

Please note: The chalet is in the heart of the hamlet – no parties allowed.

For skiing:
The chalet is connected to Les Arcs by a slope just 150 m away (snow conditions permitting). This slope leads to the new 10-seat Villaroger gondola, which takes you to Les Arcs 2000 in 7 minutes (opening December 2025).
Prefer driving? You can reach the Villaroger gondola in under 5 minutes by car.
You’ll also have easy access to some of Europe’s most beautiful ski areas: Sainte-Foy Tarentaise, Tignes, Val d’Isère, La Rosière (15–30 minutes by car).
