Golf in the summer outside your door. Skiing in the winter in walking distance. Lake Bellaire and Torch Lake are jus a short drive. Enjoy Short's Brewery in the town of Bellaire.

Enjoy all of this in a relaxing, beautifully decorated first floor condo on the second tee of the Schuss Golf Course. Livingroom is cozy with a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, 2 comfy chairs and a large sofa/ottoman. Through the sliding glass doors to the deck is a view of woods and the golf course. you can watch the golfers tee off with your morning coffee sitting outside on the the deck. Internet and streaming service are included

Thr kitchen has all new appliances and is outfitted with everything you need to prepare a family meal or just a light snack. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The adjoining master bath has a tub/shower, sink/vanity and a hair dryer. The second bedroom has 2 twin daybeds TV. The second/guest bath has a tub/shower and sink/vanity.

As a guest of Vista Del Verde II, you will have access to the swimming pools at Schuss Mountain and Summit Village. The pool at Schuss offers an outdoor hot tub.

Along with the town of Bellaire, you will be a short distance from Traverse City, Gaylord, Charlevoix and Petoskey. Lake Michigan and the sand dunes are a short drive. We are about 1.5 hours from the Mackinaw Bridge.

Cozy and clean, beds were comfortable and good size bathrooms. Nice location and the view was lovely. The TV option was ok but very slow. The internet service is slow but understandable given the location. Had a nice weekend and had every thing we needed. I think I would take paper plates next time. The ceramic dishes were nice but not practical, especially if you have children with you. Just a very minor suggestion. It was lovely!

Amazing Property and Location

The condo was perfect for our ski weekend. 2 minutes from the yellow lift , 10 from Cedar River and 15 to Bellaire. The inside was clean, with comfy beds and and great living space. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Ski Condo

This warm and welcoming condo has a great layout and is only a 1-2 minute drive to the mountain. I especially liked the fireplace and the view out back. It provided a perfect place to cozy up and read a book after a day on the slopes. I appreciated how clean and well stocked it was too.

Wow!

Had an amazing time on our visit! Thoroughly impressed with the condo. Unlike most listings this one, the actual condo was even better than the pictures. It is literally right on the golf course. Stocked with much more than most VRBO‘s. The area is beautiful, our host was pleasant and helpful….we could not have asked for anything better and will certainly request to stay here again.

Mom's 80th Birthday

Everything was perfect! The view from the deck was beautiful. The kitchen allowed us to prepare meals together. AC wasn't working well when we arrived and Rita took care of it right away. This was the most relaxing mini vacation that I have ever had. Thank you!

Property was very nice and clean. We were looking forward to using the pool and thought it would only be a short walk, only to find it was more of a 5-10 minute drive. Then hard to figure out where to go and how to get to the pool. You can't leave recycling and directions said to take to location on 88 but again not very clear on location.

fine, but in need of some tlc

the place did not have some of the amenities listed in the check in materials, the condo was not clean (blood stain on pillowcase, hair everywhere, stuff on the floor behind furniture), the furniture was either really well used or cheap (and the couch smelled). the biggest issue was a plumbing problem that made a loud noise every 8-10 minutes 24 hours a day, making sleep difficult at best. great location, but otherwise i would not stay here again.

Golf trip

We were in town for a golf trip. This is a perfect place to stay. The 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms made it easy to get ready and make out tee time. We will definitely be back!
