This modern vacation apartment is located in the center of the famous seaside resort of Royan. You are only 700 meters from the beach and the pretty harbor. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, but is accessible by a modern elevator. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, and a single bed in the charming living room. A private parking space is available at the back of the building. Within 100 meters you can reach stores, cafes and restaurants. Stroll through the pretty town center of Royan and discover the unusual Pont du Diable in Saint-Palais sur Mer. A visit to Planet Exotica Park will delight young and old by immersing you in the world of reptiles. La Palmyre Zoo (15 km) is also worth a visit. Golfers will appreciate the Royan course to improve their swing. This charming vacation home is perfect to relax in the fresh sea air of Charente-Maritime.
