You live on 84 m² with 2 bedrooms, 1 living / dining room with open kitchen, bathroom with shower and a loggia with a view of the harbor basin and the nearby old town.

The apartment is on the 1st Upper floor and is suitable for 2, ideally for 4 people. The functional sofa in the living area can be converted into another sleeping space in just a few simple steps, so that 6 people can be comfortably accommodated.

A parking space, as well as a separate storage room for bicycles or surfboards belongs to our apartment and is located directly behind the building.

New building. Since 1. June 2017 our apartment in Lotsenhus is available.

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr netter freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter zum CheckIn. Lage perfekt alles in allem war die Wohnung genau so wie im Inserat gesehen. Drei kleine Negativpunkte möchte ich dennoch anmerken : 1. Auf dem Balkon muss man leider einen permanenten Döner Geruch vom darunter liegenden Dönerladen mögen wenn man sich dort aufhalten möchte und 2. Die Fußbodenheizung im Schlafzimmer lässt sich nicht genug runter regeln sodass es mir persönlich zu warm war zum Schlafen 3. Die gesamten 8 Tage standen sehr viele Müllsäcke im Fahrradhaus im Gang sodass man kaum die Tür öffnen konnte und wir so schlecht unsere Fahrräder rein und raus bekamen.

Wir freuen uns, dass es Ihnen bei uns so gut gefallen hat. Leider haben wir keinen Einfluss auf die Gerüche unserer Nachbarn. Zum reduzieren der Zimmertemperatur befinden sich in der Räumen moderne Regler, mit denen die Heizung angepasst werden kann. Die Säcke im Fahrradraum wurden vermutlich durch andere Mieter dort abgestellt, weil sie das Fahrradhäuschen mit dem Müllhäuschen verwechselt haben. Nachdem uns dieser Umstand bekannt wurde, haben wir die Beräumung natürlich sofort veranlasst.
