Fully furnished with all utilities included.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Recycle items must be placed in the proper recycling cans. Paper, plastic, and glass can be commingled, plastic bags are not recyclable, garbage be put in the plastic bags, placed in the garbage can.
Leave all bed linens on the beds and unit must be in a broom-clean prior to departure, place beach passes and parking passes on kitchen table, lock doors behind you not to incur additional cost.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE RESERVATION IS YOUR AGREEMENT TO OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT ATTACHED ON VRBO SITE.
Please note, NO group parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount.

Great place for a quick beach getaway

Great Family Getaway!

We had a perfect stay. The house had everything we needed - and more. Super clean and roomy with TVs and games the kids loved. Check in and out was a breeze and the owners were immediately responsive and super welcoming. The location was perfect for all of the activities we needed for ages 4 months to 62!

A nice place to stay.

Our stay started with a small communication problem and the property was not ready. But the host was very apologetic and after that initial problem it all went well. It was clean and well supplied. The air hockey table was used and enjoyed. The location was very good. A short walk to the boardwalk.The host sent us information on restaurants open with description as we were staying in off season. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. A good place for a family.

Great house for a family with grandkids

We stayed 3 nights in this house , with my husband , daughter , son in law , their 2 kids, and our other daughter . The arrangement of rooms was perfect for us . The beds were comfy , the house was clean , the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat . The barbecue grill didn’t work the first day, but the owner responded immediately and replaced the propane tank so we could use it the next day . The location of the house was close to the activities on the boardwalk and the beach .

Neurotic Predjudice Owner

18 and older group staying. Bc they were 18 a security guard present and told to routinely search property and check wristbands of all people in house. If didn’t have one, they were not allowed in home. We’re NOT allowed to cook. And was told garbage would be searched…gross and what an invasion of privacy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! If I am paying for services, I do not expect to be monitored 24-7 as if I am a child. If you don’t want to deal with this age group…. Don’t advertise you do. Just proves you are greedy enough to take the $$$$$$.
