Set in the charming Crystal Beach neighborhood of Emerald Beach 2, this bright, three-bedroom home is a wonderful spot for your next family vacation. Enjoy a short walk or drive to the beach each morning, as well as a lovely deck to welcome you home with a lounge chair in the fresh gulf air.

Step inside to be greeted by central air conditioning, high-speed broadband WiFi for all of your streaming needs, and four Smart TVs - one in the living room and one in each of the three bedrooms. Spend your mornings outside on the deck, sipping a mug of coffee at sunrise, followed by breakfast prepared in the full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, dark wood cabinetry, and such welcome bonus tools as an air fryer. In the afternoons, you can stroll home from the beach to rinse off in the outdoor shower, light the gas grill for a post-beach cookout, and gather on the furnished, shaded patio on the ground floor as the day's swimsuits spin in the private washer/dryer upstairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
