This third-floor condo is in an oceanfront complex and includes amazing ocean and beach views! The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, and a primary bath. The convertible den has a twin trundle and the living area is complete with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a TV. Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, and elevator access. There is a coin-operated laundry facility on-site. This oceanfront complex has extensive amenities that include an outdoor pool with a waterslide, an indoor pool, a hot tub, an elevator, tennis and basketball courts, shared grills, and a game room.

great view
the view was great. the apartment was very clean and smelled clean when we walked in. this apartment wasn't cluttered like most we have stayed in we would definitely stay here again. we love coming to the place at the beach. we always enjoy our time in Atlantic Beach.

Always enjoy the complex but very disappointed in unit 325. My fault entirely for booking without getting better info, but was looking more for specific time to go. It was fine for a couple of days. Would never consider for longer period of time. We will, however always return to A Place at the Beach complex!

Disappointed
We walked into fly's everywhere. All furnishings we're out dated, and wore out. Lumpy bed, couch. The only sitting chair in the living room was an out side chair. The best thing going for it was the view. If you are looking for comfort, don't stay here. Not sure the last time they updated the kitchen. I have stayed in other units, most units have king size bed. The owner needs to fix this place. Not all units are like this, I love A place at the beach and have stayed in other units.

Disappointed
When we checked into our room I was very disappointed with our unit. There were what appeared to be stains on the hallway walls. The fridge door was either rusted or very dirty, the sink in the kitchen was rough, there was hair in the master bath shower. The door knobs didn't even match in some places. There was dirt on the counter top in the kitchen and the balcony door was extremely hard to open. Had my husband not been there my daughter and I wouldn't have been able to open the balcony door. The door tract of the balcony was filthy. I received a text from Vacasa asking me to rate the cleanliness upon check in. I gave 2.5 and received a follow up text asking for details and photos. I sent the requested info and was told it would be passed along to the housekeeping department. No one ever followed up. My husband tried to tell the lady at the Vacasa office upon check out that the unit is rough and she didn't really seem interested. We love the facilities of A Place at the Beach but were very disappointed with the unit and the response or lack of response from Vacasa. The only plus in this unit is the view. We understand things age and become dated, but a paint job and thorough cleaning would go a long way. In the future we will use a different agency.
