This 1 bedroom unit sleeps 5, includes a master suite, two full baths, sleeping den with bunkbeds and a pullout sleeper sofa. Property amenities include a huge outdoor pool with water slide, year round indoor pool and hot tub, new basketball and tennis courts, putt putt golf, outdoor gas grills, playground and much more. Family reunion

Just pack your bags because everything else you may need is provided by the host! Very clean and comfortable condo. Excellent communication. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Steve!

The property is nice and the owner was pleasant. A couple opportunities I would like to add, one being the hot water in the hallway bathroom. The bosses leaks the hot water so the shower was chilly. Two is the cover photo of the condo listed looks like the view is of the water from the condo. However, the condo is in the in the way back away from the water. We thought we would have an oceanfront view. The condo was clean and we still enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Atlantic Beach

Steve communicates easily. Only issue was the TV and that was taken cared of immediately. A very pleasant stay for us. Highly recommend this property

Wonderful getaway

This was one of the best vacations we have had. We enjoyed the property and all it's amenities. Great location, friendly staff, nonissues at all. The owner Steve was a pleasure to work with and he is great at communication. We are already looking to book our next getaway.
