The front door of this 72m² flat opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space.

The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a large television.

The dining area has a large table that can seat up to four guests. It opens onto a balcony with an unobstructed view of the Sacré-Coeur in Montmartre.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals: kettle, oven, microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine...

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200cm) carefully made with hotel-quality bed linen.

The second bedroom has a pull-out bed (with two fold-out single beds), neatly made with hotel-quality bed linen. A wardrobe provides space to store your belongings so you can feel right at home.

The bathroom is spacious. It features a washbasin, a mirror and a shower. A washing machine is also provided. The toilet is separate.

You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

Please note that the air conditioning is a portable unit designed for a single room.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
You can use a small portable air conditioner in the master bedroom during the summer and a fan in the second bedroom.

The flat is professionally cleaned between stays.

All you have to do is enjoy your stay!

Located in Saint-Denis, this accommodation enjoys an ideal location on the outskirts of Paris. You will stay in a dynamic and authentic neighbourhood, known for its famous Basilica of Saint-Denis, a jewel of Gothic heritage, as well as for its Stade de France, just a few minutes away. The neighbourhood is also bustling with traditional markets, multicultural restaurants and friendly cafés, where you can sample a wide variety of cuisines.

Thanks to public transport (metro, RER, tram and bus), you can reach the centre of Paris in just a few minutes, making it the perfect base for exploring the capital while enjoying a more authentic and accessible setting.

The property is easily accessible by public transport.

The nearest bus station is Stade de France (line D), which is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
The nearest metro station is Saint Denis - Pleyel (line 14), which is a 12-minute walk from the apartment.

Charles de Gaulle Airport is about a 40-minute drive away.

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.

For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
