Cozy Cabin with Hot Tub, Stargazing, Private & Secluded 2.5 Acres

Located within minutes of The Integratron, Giant Rock and La Copine as well as a short 25-minute drive to downtown Joshua Tree and the west entrance of the national park, Moonset Ranch is the prefect desert escape.

THE SPACE
The main cabin is about 650 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You'll have the entire cabin and 2 1/2 fully fenced acres all to yourself. There is another house on the property but it currently sits empty and is not being rented out. The house comfortably sleeps 4 guests but you can squeeze in 6 if you share the beds! The orange bedroom and the red bedroom both have queen beds. The couch is very long and comfortable to sleep on (I'm 6' 3" and I fit!). There is also an air mattress kept under the couch. The bathroom includes a washer and dryer. Enjoy the living room with a fully functioning record player, bluetooth speakers and TV with Roku player. The recently remodeled kitchen features a handcrafted high top dinner table for extra counter space and a huge farmhouse sink. There is lots of outdoor space to enjoy. The back patio features a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal please). Outdoor games include corn hole, bocce ball and a horseshoe pit. The front porch has a gas fireplace for you to enjoy (propane included).

ACCESS
My property is about 15 minutes from Yucca Valley and 25 minutes from the Joshua Tree National Park Welcome Center. Access to the house is via a dirt road but it is only about a half mile off a very nicely paved road. Except in pouring rain or snow, any type of car should have no trouble accessing the property. There is plenty of parking (2.5 acres of it haha!). I have a lockbox with keys in it. You'll receive an access code the day of your check in.

I have a wood burning stove inside but it is not currently available for use as it needs inspection and repair.

In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with three exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.

If you wish to use the outdoor BBQ grill please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.
