About this property

Charming old apartment near the city in a great location

The city center with theater, cinema, pubs and museums is within walking distance in about 10 minutes.
Our apartment consists of two large rooms, a small hallway, kitchenette and a small shower room.
The bedroom adjoins with a courtyard situation to a small garden.
The spacious living room with sofa bed is located on an inner-city view on the east side of the building.
The road can be traveled slowly.
Please note that the sound insulation corresponds to an old building.
WLAN / DVBT in the living room and bedroom.
Approximately 200 m away there is a playground and a health food store.
Two houses further there is a fish delicatessen.

For a third person we charge a fee of 20,00 Euro per night,
incl. Towels, bedding etc.

Schöne Zeit in Braunschweig

Alles war wunderbar. Die Wohnung liegt optimal, man kann gut zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen und alles gut erreichen. In der Umgebung hat man alles was man braucht. Bäcker, Metzger, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedene Restaurants. Freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Die Ausstattung war prima, alles was man für die Ferien braucht war vorhanden! Vielen Dank für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich habe gesehen, dass Ihnen in 2019 nicht alles zugesagt hat, jedenfalls haben Sie die Unterkunft nur eingeschränkt bewertet. Ich möchte gern höflich erfragen, was Ihrer Meinung nach besser gewesen sein könnte, damit ich im Vorfeld darauf regieren kann, obwohl es ja die andere Wohnung ist. In der Ferienwohnung, die aufgrund der optimalen Lage mit kurzem Fußweg schnell die Innenstadt erreichtenen lässt, fühlt man sich auf Anhieb wohl. Immer wieder gerne!

Wir sind „Wiederholungstäter“ und haben zum zweiten die wunderschöne Ferienwohnung genutzt. Und das nicht ohne Grund, denn die Wohnung ist perfekt und zugleich geschmackvoll eingerichtet, zudem ist die zentrale Lage einfach ideal. Mitten in der City, nur wenige Spazierschritte bis zum Stadtkern von BS und zugleich in einem grünen und ruhigen Umfeld gelegen. Außerdem ein netter und hilfsbereiter Kontakt. Die Ferienwohnung können wir ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.
