About this property

This newly decorated unit located on the 7th floor, offers everything you could need to make your stay at Sea Chase as relaxing and memorable as possible. Master Bedroom has a King bed with custom bedspread and drapes, matching dresser and nightstands along with a flat screen TV. There is a fantastic view of the gulf from the large floor to ceiling bedroom window.

The master bath has whirlpool tub, large tile shower, double vanity and large walk in closet. Bedroom two has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand and a flat screen TV. Bathroom two is a full bath with a tiled shower tub combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen aid appliances. Everything you could possibly need to cook, prepare and serve meals is supplied for you. Adjoining the kitchen is a large pantry / laundry room fully equipped with new kitchen aid washer and dryer.

The dining area is separated from the kitchen by bar counter serving area. There is a wet bar with ice maker located in dining area. The living area has an open layout adjacent to the dining area and kitchen. The area has seating for 6 to 8 and is equipped with a large TV, DVD player and Stereo for you enjoyment. There is a great gulf view from the living area and access to a large balcony which provides a spectacular view of beach and one of the five swimming pools.

The Sea Chase offers all that is needed to provide a great stay for the entire family. The complex is conveniently located near shopping, grocery stores, drug stores as well as dinning and all types of entertainment. There are 5 swimming pools, heated indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, tennis court and a fully equipped exercise room with a view of the gulf. The complex provides easy and convenient beach access from the pool area.

Amazing View

Relaxing vacation rental

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice place for a couple, small family, or small group of friends. Furnishings are in great shape and very comfortable. The beds are super comfortable as well and showers have great water pressure. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal; appliances were in good shape. Downsides? There’s a large, jetted tub in the primary bathroom-which is nice-except for the fact that you cannot fill it above the jet level and still have warm water (small water heater)...and we couldn’t get the jets to work with cold water above that level. Familiarize yourself with how Dish works for watching TV - and we couldn’t stream anything because there was no WiFi adapter nor Ethernet cable. We did contact the owner regarding the TV situation and he did respond quickly with the name of a company and a telephone number for us to call to figure it out (which we did not do). As far as cleanliness, the condo needs a really thorough cleaning - socks and bare feet were black from the floors, kitchen cabinet fronts were dirty, toilets had some black under the rim. It was an overall wonderful stay and we will most likely return.

Fall festival trip
