Seachase Unit #703 East...This Coastal style 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit provides gorgeous views of the Gulf. It will be the perfect place to have fun with your family and friends during your next trip to Alabama's Gulf Coast! *Maximum Occupancy is 6 people.

The fully stocked kitchen is a wonderful area to cook with during your stay. It features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and provides extra dining space with bar seating for two. We also offer a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig! You can enjoy your meals at the dining table which provides seating for four. And for a truly relaxing dining experience, listen to the waves on your private balcony!

The living room is also a relaxing place, and it features lots of seating as well as a 55 inch flat screen with a combination DVD and VCR. For extra sleeping space, a the sofa transforms into a queen sized sleeper. This unit also features a full size washer/dryer, wi-fi, and cable connection for your use during your stay.

In the master bedroom, a king-sized bed and 32-inch flat screen TV with a DVD player is available for you, as well as amazing views of the gulf! Connected to this spacious bedroom is a luxurious bathroom, supplied with a spa whirlpool bathtub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. Lots of closet space is also an added perk to this room!

The second bedroom hosts a queen-sized bed, 32-inch flat screen, and an adjacent bathroom. This is a full bath with a shower and tub combo and a great place to get ready for a night out at one of the fabulous restaurants that the Alabama Gulf Coast has to offer!

Great place

The unit was exactly as advertised. Incredible views of the beach from the seventh floor balcony. The building is just a very short walk to the water and close to shopping and several restaurants. The main bedroom and bath are spacious and the second bedroom and bath are large enough. The kitchen was well equipped.

Relax - great place, great beach

Great place on a beautiful beach, close to stores and restaurants. Spent the week sitting on the beach soaking up sunshine.

CAN'T ENJOY THE OCEAN BREEZE AND SURF SOUND

An older condo which could use some updated furniture (sink into soft couch, and bedroom clothes drawers are 12" deep); It was clean and in a nice building. Good security force and friendly folks...BUT, it is the only condo I've ever stayed in that won't let you leave a door or window open to hear the ocean surf! That is the main reason for staying on the beach, to sleep to the relaxing ocean sound and breezes. If you open a door more than 60 seconds, they shut off your A/C and hot water. Good emails to check in from management. No problems with that. Parking was plentiful. But cannot give it higher than OK rating due to the open door policy.

Can’t beat this view!!!

The condo has the best views, you can see the ocean from the kitchen, living room and master. We even had dolphins come right in front of our condo every morning. The condo itself is nice and clean. The couches beds, dining chairs were all comfortable and the building was pretty quiet and relaxing. The only complaint I had was the master bathroom pocket door isn’t working properly and I got stuck in the bathroom twice to where my husband had to help me get back out. We just didn’t shut that door all the way the remainder of the trip and it was no big deal. We are already planning our next stay here!
