About this property

Ocean Front 2BR/2BA Condo - Midtown Location - first floor - ideal for families

Available for Saturday to Saturday rental during the Summer Season.

Unit #2 is a first floor unit so there is a view of the sand dunes but not the ocean. This is an OLDER condo and it has not been updated.

There are no amenities as there are only 6 units in our buidling built in 1970 on a small plot of oceanfront land. However, "6 on the Beach Condos" are family friendly and pet friendly and offer easy access to the Beach/Ocean.

There is Street Parking on 43rd Street very nearby but it is on a first-come basis.
There is NO Parking for Unit# 2 except for a very, very tight space up against the neighbor's retaining wall. So possibly only a very small car will fit if you don't pull all the way in and keep your small car near the rear of the parking space.

So, if you are NOT seeking resort style with luxury amenties, then you are welcome to enjoy your summer family vacation in our humble 2 Bedroom older condo which we are making available whenever we aren't using it for our own summer family vacation.

We provide a fully stocked kitchen offering many pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, microwave, small blender, Keurig coffee maker and traditional coffee maker.

There is a dining table for family meals and 3 countertop stools which are ideal for breakfast, lunch and snack time.

Free Basic Cable and WiFi Internet Service.
Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Gentle Reminders:
This is a Non-Smoking Unit and that includes No Smoking on the balcony. Saturday to Saturday Rentals only during Summer Season.

Property was great, so close to the beach! The parking spot was super small, definitely need a small car, especially if the next spot parks super close to the line. We had a small issue with the outlet the fridge was plugged into not working. Stephanie responded fast and had someone there quickly to deal with! Would definitely stay here again!!! Thanks for a great week in Ocean City!

Overall, our stay at the condo was lovely. We had easy access to the beach and the unit was more than equipped with everything we could need in the kitchen. The host was very nice and kept us well informed. We loved that we could bring our pups. There was no ocean view due to the dunes but we were aware of that before. We really loved the large patio to enjoy each others company and listen to the waves crashing. It's an older building and the unit needs some update but we were well informed of that before we arrived. Fortunately, we had great weather and spent most of our time as we hoped on the beach. We did notice some updates from the pictures, new furniture in the living area and were pleasantly surprised to see that.

May not enjoy this condo maintenance is Not a priority !! Parking space is very very small like mini cooper small!! Electrical issues among other disappointing things within! Think twice before you rent this condo!!!!

We had a great stay! The location and convenience getting onto the beach was great! They had everything you would ever need for the beach so that you don't have to pack and bring with you, including beach towels. Also the kitchen was very well supplied for all your cooking needs. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to any questions that we had! Our dogs were more than happy to come along and enjoy this vacation and loved it as much as we did!

Can't beat this location!

Property is showing its age, but it's clean and has everything you need, yes EVERYTHING! Sheets, bath/kitchen and beach towels are top quality, and the location is ideal. Owner was wonderful to deal with. I would go back.

Absolutely perfect for the 4 of us and PET FRIENDLY! The kitchen was totally stocked with anything we could have needed. We were able to cook a couple meals there. It was so spacious and very clean. We all loved the condo! There was even beach chairs and some boogie boards we were able to use. The owner was so kind every time I contacted her about a question I had. She woild get back to me by the end of the day.

Nice Place!

Nice location, very clean, well equipped with everything you need! Host was excellent and communicated well and in timely manner. My only criticism would be the parking space is very tight. A large SUV or pickup probably wouldn’t fit but it accommodated my Nissan Rogue.

Very Pet Friendly

This apartment is right on the beach with a large balcony which makes it great for beach access. It is cheerfully and tastefully decorated and the owner supplied all the linens and beach towels. I brought my two dogs, an elderly relative and a friend and there was more than enough space for all of us. The building is very pet friendly, there were dogs in all of the other apartments. Stephanie was a great host and I would definitely like to come again.

Great vacation

Very clean and spacious. Excellent area away from the busy boardwalk and quiet. The place is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay! Great communication with Stephanie and she was so nice. No view of the ocean but we could hear it! Very short walk to the ocean! Only problem was the small assigned parking space but we managed!

Stephanie is a great host. She responds quickly. The property is right on the beach steps away. Great for elderly or small children. She has a full size washer and dryer which is fantastic. The glass sliding door is wonderful ans easy ro open unlike other places i have stayed. The outdoor porch area is an excellent place to hang and enjoy the ocean breeze. My only suggestion would be to have a drying rack to hang wet clothes. The parking spot is a little tight but not an issue for us. It is a great location. I would recommend.

Everything We Needed & More

This condo was just what we needed. Spacious, oceanfront condo with all basic living necessities and more. Supplied everything you’d need for a perfect beach trip like TB chairs, beach wagon, sturdy umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, etc! Well stocked kitchen with all necessary utensils and pots/pans to cook at home. Plenty of linens, beach towels, and cleaning supplies (vacuum/brooms/etc.) to keep the living space clean while you stayed. Stephanie was very respondent and easy to contact. 10/10 recommend.

Beach Dreamy and Fabulous!

Stephanie’s condo was absolutely everything myself and my family needed for our beach trip! The size and space was awesome, the decor gave it the perfect beachy feel. The location was spot on for us and our activities. Literal steps from the beach and everything you would need to walk down to the water and enjoy your day. Fully stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella, etc… She has everything you need to jump in your car and go. Fully stocked kitchen, fully stocked with towels, beach towels and blankets. All the linens you need without the extra fee. This saves you so much space in your vehicle for traveling as you don’t have to bring all of your own items from home. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. Stephanie is a wonderful host! All of the information she gives is very clear and she is super easy to communicate with and she is very courteous and kind. The bonus is that it is pet friendly so you can take your fur baby too for only a minimal fee. Stephanie, Thank you for everything!

Our Stay was Fabulous..!!! Stephanie, our host was awesome , always getting back promptly with any of my questions I may have had .,very helpful with suggestions about our stayHer place was decorated very tastefully beachy , and was very comfortable. Loved that we were so close to the beach, shopping and restaurants , I would definitely stay here again … I am extremely picky of my accommodations and Stephanie’s place was a 10.
