Villa Lucia is located near the beautiful and picturesque holiday resort of Makarska, on the Croatian Adriatic coast.
Situated atop a hill, it impresses with a modern architecture, which adapts to the village character of the Mediterranean environment.
And not only the private swimming pool invites you to relax on the terrace of the house ...
The high-quality 4-star domicile spoils our guests with comfort and offers a wonderful view of the Croatian Adriatic Sea with its offshore islands. To the northwest you can enjoy the fascinating Biokovo Mountains with its famous nature park.
Especially the upstairs terrace offers a breathtaking view of the islands of Hvar and Brac and to the port town of Makarska.

Equipment
On the ground floor of our four-star holiday home is a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area, a toilet, a large terrace and a recreation room.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom each. A work area completes the apartment.
Our house is fully air conditioned, equipped with Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV with international satellite programs per room, as well as a large flat screen TV in the living room.
A private pool and a covered terrace with a fireplace grill
 automatically cater for holiday mood.
1 garage and 2 parking spaces offer enough parking space for your car. If required, travel cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests.
For your safety is taken care of: our house is alarm-protected and video-monitored. There is a safe in the house.
The houses offer enough space for a vacation of two families and are ideal for group tours: book our
 two houses, so the Villa Lucia & the Villa Marea together.

The quiet location of the villa invites automatically to relax and unwind: the environment of the scenic Adriatic town of Makarska has beautiful beaches and idyllic coves in abundance, all away in just a few minutes. Culture vultures come of course their money:
The landscape of Makarska-Riviera invites you to explore its hidden beauties and historical treasures. Nearby is the picturesque church of Saint Jerome from the time of European Baroque. Or do you prefer hiking and exploring wild unspoiled mountain
landscapes ? You will also find that on site.

My 2nd visit to this property and the owner was ready to assist us in any way. He even arranged for a seat walker with a basket for an elderly relative. The view from the villa over the the Adriatic sea and islands just off the coast is absolutely great and when you look in the opposite direction you have the mountains almost in your face. The decor is solid and stylish and the kitchen has everything you might possible need. I plan to go there next year as well.

Hier stimmt einfach Alles!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool, die Terrasse und auch der Rest vom Haus waren einfach super. Es ist alles vorhanden, was einen den Urlaub angenehm macht. Auch der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Daumen hoch, absolute Weiterempfehlung !

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders gut hat uns die Terrasse und der Pool gefallen. Alle Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Vermieter ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Beautiful family villa

This is a very spacious villa set in the hills above Makarska. It has been built to a very high specification and has everything you need for a family holiday. The garden has been well landscaped with a lovely pool. Please note that there is no shallow end to the pool for children who cannot swim. Fortunately our youngest learnt to swim in deep water while we were there. The villa is situated up a very steep, long hill, not something you would want to walk up or down in the heat, but there are plenty of taxis in the main town if you want to go out in the evening which cost around £10 for the journey. You can also call them to pick you up too. The owners are very attentive and always at hand, they will greet you when you arrive and say goodbye when you leave. The pool is serviced by them every two days. We had a problem with a puncture and they helped us find a place to get it repaired and even drove us to the garage which we were very grateful for. Makarska is a dream holiday for children with its variety of water sports which are easily accessible and its beautiful beaches and crystal clear seas. July and August is very crowded but once you get used to this you will find that the town is geared up for the influx of visitors and there is plenty to do. In summary we had a fantastic family holiday with our grandchildren, daughter and her partner. You will not be disappointed with the villa or with the owners who will ensure that your needs are catered for.

Das Ferienhaus ist echt klasse. Alle Zimmer bestens eingerichtet, klimatisiert und sehr sauber. Da ist der große Pool im Garten schon eine tolle Sache!! Die Ausstattung vom Haus ist sehr gut und alles vorhanden was man im Ferienhaus braucht. Die Gastgeber sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Außenbereich gibt es einen Grill der von uns fast täglich genutzt wurde. Es war eine prima Woche, wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder.

Very spacious property with everything you need available. Views are spectacular too. You definitely need a car to get anywhere but there's a fantastic little restaurant 3 minutes walk away and a supermarket 5 mins drive. The owners were great, prompt and our deposit was returned quickly. Beautiful villa in a beautiful part of the country. Drive to quieter beaches if you go in July and August!

Villa magnifique et très bien équipée, assez proche de la ville de Makarska et de la mer. La maison en construction à côté ne semble pas avancer donc pas de vis-à-vis gênant. On a bien apprécié la clim et la piscine chauffée !

Superbe maison, conforme aux photos. Qualité de finition rare dans une maison de loc. Confort au top La vue mer est jolie bien que pas directe. Les enfants de moins de 1,40m n'ont pas pied dans la piscine Attention maison en construction juste à côté de la propriété Lucia Maria avec un vis à vis plongeant qui sera gênant. Proprios très aidants et piscine entretenue très régulièrement.

The villa is very well equipped and a lot of care and thought has been put into equipping it. All the furnishings are of a really good quality and the beds are very comfortable. The villa is very spacious and spotlessly clean. The pool and garden were very well maintained. We have stayed in many villas but this is definitely one of the best. The owner was pleasant and very kindly posted on a phone charger which we had forgotten. The security deposit was returned without any problem.

Oasis of luxury in the hills

The villa is of the highest quality,everything that you need is in the villa.Ensiute shower room with each bedroom,shower is fantastic,air conditioning in each room.Everything in the villa is quality.The villa is part of an established area high in the hills overlooking Maskarska,the views are fantastic and Maskarska is a fabulous holiday location the whole coast North and South of Maskarska are well worth the time to discover,ferries are available to the islands and Dubrovnik from the Marina in town.All in all a fantastic Time and wil definitely return
